Food is very good but the restaurant feels cheap. It goes from how the menu itself looks to the restaurant decoration and lack of care..many things half painted, badly patched, just doesn’t look good. From desk service really bad for a restaurant that aim to be “classy”. I had to change the booking and in the end arrived a but ealy to hear the front desk lady saying: “I had to change the booking so many times for you”. Something I would never hear in a real posh restaurant. Anyway inspite of this experience food was good.

I have been to Rosa Madre many times and any time I went the food, the service and the whole setting is always outstanding!! I would recommend to anyone to have Rosa Madre experience!!! 👌🏻

Exceptional service and an authentic Italian experience. Staff friendly and experienced, table setting perfect, beautiful linen tablecloth glassware etc. gorgeous atmosphere . Food really terrific, beautifully cooked and presented. Facilitated a late sitting after a concert. Thank you for a lovely evening

This was the first time dining in Rosa Madre after having it recommended by several people. I would highly recommend it. Excellent atmosphere and everything was perfect, food and wine etc.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable food very disappointing scallops smothered in thick sauce main course pasta with half blue lobster does not fit description pasta covered in sauce 2cherry tomatoes cut in half ?lobster out of shell and definitely not half lobster cost 40 euro would definitely not recommend

Had dinner with two friends in Rosa Madre, it was really lovely. The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are great.

Food was served far too cold. Wine prices are completely OTT. We were informed on arrival of a 2 hour time limit on arrival but it was never mentioned ar rime of booking. Will not be going back.

Terrific service and fresh, delicious food. Huge wiine list. Room is small and busy but not cramped and with plenty of staff to take care of everyone. Not cheap but certainly worth indulging in.

Rosa Madre had a great menu that catered to everyone who is in the mood for Italian food and has a huge wine list. We loved food and the fast service but didn't feel that welcome right away in the beginning. The food was phenomenal though, compliments to the chef!

Wonderful staff to greet you upon arrival. Pleasant and helpful waiting staff. Wine list was overwhelming though, I had to search to get a reasonably priced wine. Starters really good had pasta for main course delicious but too small a portion. Overall a nice ambient experience.

Lovely food and service; excellent quality Italian food and wine. It is on the expensive side (€60 for pasta, a side salad, a glass of wine and an expresso), even choosing the cheaper dishes. But it was a very nice evening.

First time in this resturant but it certainly won’t be my last in fact i booked again on my way out. From the lovely warm greeting by Elizabeth to the beautiful table with its starched white table cloth and sparkling glassware the attention to detail this restaurant gives is 2nd to none. Lunch is fabulous value at €38 for 2 courses and €45 for 3 . We started with Oysters which were beautiful followed by faultless fresh pasta and finished with the best Tiramisu served with wonderful coffee ice cream. Wine list is extensive we went for a Gavi which didn’t disappoint. Best lunch out in a long time. All staff were very professional and friendly. Can’t fault. Loved it.

I left Rosa Madre feeling underwhelmed and then annoyed with myself for falling for the buzz on social media and not doing a deep dive on the actual reviews. The service and ambience is lovely there and staff are lovely. It fell down purely on the food. 2 of the best things in life - pasta and seafood so I was very excited. Our tuna carpaccio was delicious , best dish of the evening. The prawns with nduja were lacking that kick you would expect and slightly over done. My €45 halibut look beautiful and a great size portion but it came to me luke warm. I should have sent it back and I’m annoyed now I didn’t as they did not know. I just didn’t want my companion to be eating alone and then the ordeal of returning a dish. My pals tagliatelle with sausage and nduja was nice , nothing to remember or to crave at a later date when thinking of a dish you once had. We shared a dessert which was a tasty take on Ferrero Roche choc. We left €200 lighter in our pockets.

Service was good but they did seem to rush our table. The food was incredible. Caviar was amazing, we greatly enjoyed the different accompaniments they provided with it. Oysters were fantastic as was the scallops, chicken and pasta.
