Our dining experience at Rosa Madre exceeded our expectations in every way! The atmosphere is charming yet chic. The staff was super attentive. There's not a bad table in the house. The food was truly impressive. I highly recommend the prawns and the market fish...both cooked perfectly and the sauces will delight. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pasta dish as well. If you're a lover of house made pasta served perfectly al dente, this is place for you. The wine list is extensive. I went with a house that was delicious and very reasonably priced. The BREAD! Unfortunately, I don't have a review for dessert because of that bread. Sorry, not sorry 😅 Hope you all get to enjoy everything Rosa Madre has to offer!

Rosa Madre is the most amazing restaurant in Dublin, me and my husband had the pleasure dining in their restaurant on 16th September 2023 it was my husband’s 50th and were treated perfectly. From the minute we entered until the time we left nothing was to much trouble. The staff are so polite and knowledgeable and always had a smile and made us feel so welcome. The food is outstanding and so delicious. In my opinion some reviews have mentioned that it’s pricey (not really) it’s top notch quality ingredients and that comes at a price but we think it’s priced perfectly. Thank you Rosa Madre and all your staff for a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to visit again when I’m back in Dublin.

Our third visit at Rosa Madre’s in 5 months. First two visits were very positive, unfortunately yesterday’s dinner was disappointing. It was the whole experience that just did not work for us. Very dark restaurant, we had the last table squeezed in the back of the restaurant. Poor service from the moment on, our orders had been taken. Long waiting time to be served, food not really outstanding, no service at all during dinner.., no presence of staff. It seemed to us, the restaurant has become a restaurant for american tourisrs.Sorry, not a nice evening.

The dining experience could have been improved considering the price. We opted for the pasta with caviar, and to our surprise, the waiter attempted to sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the delicate caviar. My father expressed his dissatisfaction, and another waiter overheard, attempting to justify this unusual combination. The starters were served cold, the cod pasta was underwhelming, and the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. It felt like they assumed we were tourists and didn't expect us to return for another visit. In addition, they persisted in recommending wines that we didn't enjoy (Valpoliceccla), despite our clear preferences.

Restaurant was beautiful and intimate. Staff were very attentive but forgot to order our Side of potatoes with the main. Buratta starter was excellent Main was very disappointing, pasta was a little undercooked. Didn’t have two of the options on the dessert menu. Happy to try but won’t be back

Starters were only okay, they were lacking flavour and over priced. Nothing special, the main course pastas we’re very nice. I probably wouldn’t go back as there not much on the menu we’d order, I asked about a dessert that was on the menu and it wasn’t in stock at 7pm on a Friday which is poor .They charged us 8 euro for one 750ml still water

Always love this restaurant. Think on this occasion I just chose poorly. My Risotto lacked a depth of flavour. The Halibut special looked amazing I have to say and the Cremé Brulee was out of this world - still thinking about it.

Nice food and cannot fault the staff, very professional and welcoming and attentive. Nice ambience and an overall pleasant evening. Very expensive for food though, 90 euro a head!!! for 3 courses and a bottle of wine between 3 people. The food was nice but there’s definitely much better available if your eating somewhere at this price point.

In general it was very good experience. Everything was amazing but the person who served the table next to us was very chatty. She kept having very frequent conversations with the couple who dined next to us. It was annoying and distracting.

Absolutely fantastic. We booked lunch before the Ireland v England Rugby game and the choice of restaurant was a great success - like the Irish teams result 😄. Food was excellent wine was superb and the staff were second to none. They were so inviting and fun. Great experience.

Excellent quality and presentation on everything we ordered. Wine-menu was exorbitant and too high a mark-up. The food menu was priced at what has become expected of a high-end Dublin restaurant. Yes, you are getting the best ingredients and the best preparation by an expert chef, but €28 for a pasta is a lot. You will not be disappointed by anything at Rosa Madre, but if you are an average to above average earner, best you save your money for this top experience.

We had a delightful experience at Rosa Madré. The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic flavours. The attentive service added to the enjoyment, and the cozy atmosphere was inviting. However, I did feel a bit underdressed amidst the elegant ambiance. While the food exceeded expectations, it's worth noting that the prices were a tad higher than anticipated. Overall, a fantastic culinary journey that I’d love to go back to experience again.

We’ve enjoyed meals and celebrations in this restaurant in years past. Our latest experience in late July leaves us somewhat regretting the prices ( for the main courses but also a wine list dominated by so many wines far in excess of €75). We enjoyed a meal for two and a bottle of wine, we reckoned we got best value from the excellent anti-pasto preparations, which we preferred to our primi pasta choices (although they were very tasty).

Today was one of those rainy days, we arrived at Rosa Madre with half of our party waiting the in the rain outside, only to be ignored by staff for nearly 10 mins. Several staff members walked past us and no one came to even greet us. Eventually a gentleman came to say “sorry I was catching up with an old friend”. The service was terrible from the minute we walked in. We ordered our food and the wrong appetiser came. We mentioned that we didn’t order this but the attitude was “don’t worry although you ordered it we will change it” then shortly after they came back with the right order and said “oh yeah we mixed up the table”. This place wants to play at the high food quality and service level but is far from. I would never go here again, was most embarrassed that I bought guests here. Instead, go to Host (https://hostrestaurant.ie) way better service and food, at the right price. Never ever again Rosa Madre, your service is despicable.

Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most stunning food (Burrata and 8oz Fillet of Beef) I think I have ever EVER had. Everything is perfection from the second you walk in the door. The atmosphere, the warm welcome from all attendants, the gorgeous decor. Our gorgeous server for the night (blue dress) was friendly and bubbly and funny and made the night so much for special. Our first time there and I’m so excited already to return over and over again. Thank you Rosa Madre for the most magical dining experience 🥂🍴
