Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows, an open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room, floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all week and is the ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Pan-fried Scallops and Shredded Duck Salad to start, a selection of dry aged Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, T-Bone, Centre Cut and Tomahawk Ribeye for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Crisp Skinned Sea Bass and delicious desserts such as Caramel Cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

    Myself and my partner went for her birthday, the food was outstanding portions were perfect, the staff were very friendly and polite, the restaurant atmosphere was just perfect, overall brilliant experience will defiantly be back and would recommend to anyone.

    Food generally good, but creamed spinach had to be sent back as cold, and mashed potato had run out (no potatoes in Ireland?) so only chips available.

    I booked the table after looking at the extensive menu back in mid October. There was no information indicating that this full menu would not be available in December. Having said the above, the food was very good. The service was too attentive as they were rushing us to stay within the 2 hour booking time, It is disappointing that the main number of tables are looking at a building site on the left and another building on the left, with the outdoor terrace getting the best view of the river and surroundings

    Ok arrival we were very impressed with the decor and the views. We ordered cocktails which were all lovely. We ordered mains which is where it went down hill. The order was incorrect. One of my friends ordered a steak but got a steak sandwich instead. I ordered a steak sandwich well done with no onions. However this was incorrect it was meduim with lots and onions. It took an hour to be given our incorrect mains. The incorrect steak couldn't be fixed as it would take too long. The presentation wasn't great for the cost the chips were just thrown on the plate. The staff apologised and said we could have free deserts. We ordered desserts however when the bill came all threee desserts were charged so we had to explain they were offered on the house which eventually they took off. Overall a disappointment for something we were looking forward to unfortunately we will not be back or recommending.

    Lady looking after us last night was wonderful ❤ I found other staff members very nice as well. Wine and atmosphere was lovely, but the food was very average. I would definitely go back for the drinks and service but not for food. Thank you.

    Hi, Please dont take this msg as an insult nor dont take it as i am looking for a free meal,, you can take it as contructif critisium, :) Dinned with yous sat night last, had requested a table by the window with a view at the time of booking about 4 weeks before hand, didnt get that, we ordered 2 steaks which cannot be faulted in any way, fillet was €48, :( pricey, Handcut chips, now these where something that was baught from ALDI, and was defintly not hand cut.!! €6 onion rings. there was more bather and less onion. So over all we left fairly dissapointed, the only + was the steaks where good, hopefully you can take on board my opinion, about the quality of food, beacuse when your paying top dollar for the food, you expect top quality food,

    Überbewertet und sehr laut. Es tropfte von der Decke, wir wurden direkt unter einen Lautsprecher mit schlechter Musik gesetzt. Die Menükarte der Website sollte plötzlich nur ab 10 Personen sein. Das Essen selbst hat geschmeckt, aber wir würden nicht wieder hingehen.

    What a place to sit down and enjoy fabulous food that melts in your mouth and is bursting with flavour (was that nice i had to give compliments to the chef which was a first for me and ive ate in plenty of good places), super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of drinks made to a really high standard, great atmosphere with a classy decoration. If you haven't tried here then your missing out, Honestly it's everything you want in one place. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone.

    Great brunch menu and delicious food. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend - the views of the Liffey are fab... we had a great day for it
