Our food was delicious! Unique options with lots of flavor! The drinks were yummy too... I love the Hummingbird! It was really warm in the restaurant on the day we dined so that's the only area for improvement (it was a really hot day, but it made eating very uncomfortable).

Overbooked their reservations. Walked in on time with 6 other groups waiting. More and more would walk in and there were zero workers at the front with any type of system just someone walking by every 15 min and saying who’s next? Nice complimentary appetizer on Sundays. Food was delicious. Meal was served, asked for a fork - then wait staff cleared items & cleaned the messy table next to us before leaving to find & return with a fork. Another waiter saw me staring at my plate and asked if something was wrong. I said I was just waiting for a fork. He left & returned with a fork. Just an odd situation, odd first impression.

We haven’t been back to Saii in a few years due to numerous issues in the past, however we were in the mood for sushi and knew we’d be close so we decided to try again. Much to our surprise the food was great! I was a little concerned that for a place that used to be packed on the weekend this Saturday night at 7:00 there were only 3 or 4 tables with people and only 3 waiters. Our service was ok given the circumstances, however I wish it was better since it was slow, but the food made up for it. Their wild coconut roll is my favorite and Saii is the only place I know that has it. We will be going back in the future. I just hope it lives up to the standard going forward!

This was a very quaint and intimate spot . Definitely a hidden gem outside of bricktown, but the food was great. Nice portion sizes and very friendly staff, knowledgeable of the food and drinks . My date and I ordered the “ land and sea hibachi “ with fresh sake. I thought it would be overly crowded for a Friday night but the reservations were helpful and we were able to experience the Japanese seating style arrangement . Would definitely recommend and visit again next vacation!

We know every business is going through challenges right now, especially many restaurants. We are not complaining. We ordered a sushi combo plate with rolls, nigiri and sashimi. The chef accommodated us with a changed we requested, which is awesome. The rolls and nigiri were great and so was the sashimi, except for the tuna, which was a little tough and had little taste. The seaweed salad had a dressing that was much too sweet. It's not your east or west coast sushi place. Our suspicion is that the rice and noodle dishes are the way to go.

As always the food was outstanding. We were a group of four today and ordered appetizers and a variety of dishes from wonderful sushi to stone pots. The only issue needing work was service. I think our waiter did ok considering he seemed to be host, waiter for everyone.

My husband and I eat here often. We always have a great experience wish service and enjoy the sushi as well as the garlic fried rice. I also tried the mongolian steak once and it was very good! We continue to return, always having a great dinner.

Be careful with using open table at this restaurant. Make sure you tell them to use your open table reservation because the manager said to call directly to reserve a table so they don’t have to pay a commission.

One of our favorite restaurants in town. Good atmosphere, great people, and excellent food. A well run establishment that consistently delivers a good experience as usual, this place deserves every bit of it's high ratings.

Our dinner was to celebrate two special events; the first was Valentine’s Day and the second was getting good medical news from my cancer doctor. Last time we had eaten at your restaurant was back in 2013 and I remember everything being good. Since that time it appears that things have really gone in the wrong direction. The food was almost flavorless and overall the meal was overpriced. The restaurant was nearly empty yet we still had to wait a long time for service. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. We will try other places or go back to Sushi Neko which is by far the best Japanese restaurant in the metro.

My husband and I went for a Valentines Date. It was our first time eating there. The food was delicious. We were very impressed and will be back again.

The food was delicious but the customer service wasn’t that great. Our server was nice but manager was short and rude at times. We felt rushed to place our orders and rushed to leave. Manager came by taking condiments off the table before we finished eating.

Went here for our anniversary dinner, but we have and will be back! This place should be packed! It’s in a strip mall-like location so maybe people don’t realize how incredible it is inside. The esthetics, atmosphere, music, food…top 10-15 in OKC. Especially for couples or multi-couple nights out. Don’t miss out! Local, family owned and ran. Go give them support and let them give you a wonderful night out!
