12 Jul 2023 - 3 Feb 2024Izy.Aki is a popup izakaya style bar top dining experience by Darren Templeman at Daintree Sydney. The menu is a Japanese omakase style, which is a set menu based on the best Australian local and native ingredients while at their peak seasonality. Each dining experience is unique and the chefs take steps to ensure that the menu is constantly changing so that you receive a new experience each time you dine with us. Multiple dates availableThe Keel is a cocktail bar that helps you take a step back into the old world. A time of trade winds, spices, and the navy all located in the original Sailor's Home in The Rocks. Join us for some cocktails by the sea, a little old town jazz, rotating beer taps, some local wine or a spirits tasting with some our exclusive vintage rum, whisky and gin collection.
