    The filet mignon was good but could have been a tad more tender. My mom liked the chicken tenders but thought the fried shrimp was too spicy. We had our food in a takeout box and sack and a to-go drink on the table and only stepped away for 4 or 5 minutes to use the restroom and when we came back there was another group sitting in our table which had been cleared and I are to go drink and box was gone. It should have been obvious to whoever bussed the table that that was something that needed to not be thrown out. however, our server was very nice and accommodating

    Just missed the mark for me. I waited for 10 minutes in the lobby before the hostess showed up. My sever was nice and apologized I sat for so long before he came over. He forgot my water twice and the food just wasn’t great. Steak didn’t have much taste

    Service was ridiculously slow. We were seated at 5:16pm but didn’t get our food served until an hour later. The server was pleasant but would let long stretches go by before checking on us. I assume he was busy and had too many tables to serve. They seemed to be understaffed. The food itself was just OK, nothing particularly noteworthy. My daughter noted that it wasn’t as good as Waffle House. Considering the difference in prices between the two, I expected to find at least one dish at Saltgrass that was yummy. We were disappointed. There were 5 of us, everyone ordered something different and the group consensus was everything was passable but we don’t plan a repeat visit anytime soon.

    The staff excellently accommodated our large party of 17 - multiple servers and quick service. They were kind, attentive, and professional. The food was excellent.
