The fish sandwich was a mess. Wrong fish. Too soft. Fell apart immediately. Also the poke was smothered in sauce. Not good. Won’t be back.

Exceptionally crafted menu, with creative use of flavors. Nothing was "typical" all the dishes at our table has a unique take or combination. Service was amazing, our server was lovely and she guided us thru the menu on a very busy Mother's day for her. Just wish we lived closer to enjoy more often!

Service was lacking in all areas until the manager came to help out. Salmon tacos had what seemed like a whole raw chopped onion and 2 raw chopped tomatoes in them. Terrible taste, presentation & super greasy. Popovers were leftover from last month- cold, hard as a rock and inedible. 3 in our party were first timers … we won’t be returning.

Sbicca was way overhyped on the reviews. The food was just ok, and the server was nice, but nothing special. I had the chilaquiles and they were not very flavorful and sat heavy in my stomach. Wouldn't go again.

The fact that you can not have happy hour on the front outside patio is ridiculous. I was very disappointed and price of a plate of veggies was crazy. Nice view though. Won’t be back for a while.

We arrived at 11am when they opened. We were seated promptly. Water came quickly, coffee and a mimosa took a bit. The table next to us was seated about 5 min after our arrival, but was served more quickly and took a great deal more of our waiter's time than we were given. Food delivery time was average. Garden veggies and eggs was nice, a bit too much pesto but otherwise nice. We had to ask repeatedly for one of our drinks, not even an alcoholic beverage. They had just forgotten. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. The outdoor seating was nice, but lots of places for brunch in DelMar have equally awesome views. Overall, had the service been more attentive, they would have had a better review from me.

Not a fan of the calamari. But everything else was great! We had the blackened salmon tacos and they were awesome. Lots of fish in them. Crab cake were very good too.

they have cappucino on the menu but then you are told it's only decaf???? When you make a reservation weeks in advance you base it on their menu that had yummy brunch dishes. All teh good stuff was NOT on their Easter menu... Service/waitress had an attitude and didnt seem happy to be there. Not a place I will be back for sure.

The service was amazing and the ambiance too! Some of our food was very good, such as the prime rib and chicken parm, the meatball starter and the wedge salad! The salmon was just okay. It was under seasoned and the saffron aoIi was lacking flavor. I have the salmon here before and this is a new take — I much prefer the previous one. I have to say the pea tendrils salad that came with the salmon was delicious! The fried chicken is massive and one of the pieces was great and moist but the other piece was over cooked and chewy and dry. The burger was good but we asked for medium well but it was very well done. The cod was average - lacking in flavor. Normally, this is one of our fav places. We came last month and it was superb so maybe just in off night. We took a lovely walk to the beach after which was a perfect way to end our Easter dinner with family

We have had great food and great service every time we have gone. The chicken parmesan is the best I’ve had hands down. Every time I order it, everyone else at the table wants to eat off my plate. I would prefer if you had the choice of asparagus OR broccolini rather than asparagus as an up charge but would still order it again if given the chance. Can’t wait to go back!

Sbicca never disappoints with the food. It’s always excellent. The crab cake appetizer is my favorite!! For entrees, I ordered the filet mignon and my husband ordered the tuna. They were both amazing. The service was wonderful. It was quite loud which didn’t bother us much but it bothered some others who sat and then got reseated in the bar area. (We were in the upstairs dining room because it was raining). Highly recommend Sbicca.
