Went for Sunday lunch at lunch time. We were not informed that they had already run out of most of the vegetables for the Sunday roast but they served it anyway. Ended up with half the meal, but charged full price. Have been before and had a great meal so very let down.

We waited over 1 hour for our food and were then told that the order didn't reach the kitchen. They offered us a free drink and reduced the food cost by 50%. Although a nice gesture, it didn't change the facts.

We also appreciate your comments on the service. While we're glad you found the team friendly, we're sorry to hear the attentiveness wasn’t up to par.
