   Many dishes are cold :( ESP. for roast duck The prawn have been too salty Pls respect the food and your customers, and not to ruin the reputation your restaurant:)

   Food was good. Service was a little slow. Entrees we’re not served at the same time and had to wait. Quite frustrating when one person has finished their entree and the other person is watching and waiting. Expensive meal. Won’t rush back.

   Efficient service for pre theatre dining, and convenient location. Food was delicious, but more expensive than some other Chinese restaurants, plus weekend and credit card surcharges. We would dine there again.

    A nice and spacious place to have yam cha for 3 people. Very busy on weekends, must book in to avoid disappointment. 15% PH charges.

    Excellent and friendly service with great food. Noise of the fans made it hard to hear but easily fixed by sitting us side by side on the comfortable large booth style seating. Recommend the Eggplant with Minced Chicken Sweet Vinegar Hotpot. Delicious!

    This place is fantastic. The atmosphere is just what you want from a yum cha and the food is really tasty. The perfect family friendly place. We were even allowed to bring our pram upstairs to our table.

    Good, traditional Chinese food served well by expert waiters. A bit pricey for what you get, and unless you’re prepared to pay through the nose, avoid the fish (barramundi was cheapest at $82 per kg!) But the duck is great, and dumplings good.

    Came in for lunch, after hearing rave reviews about food and service. We were rushed into the table allocated. Less than 2 mins later the cart was at the table and we had no idea what was on offer. No drinks offered prior, no menu or choice of food as it was all the same stuff. Had to ask for soy sauce twice. Then ordered noodles off a menu - they took close to 40 Minutes to get to the table, then we’re so dry and lack of flavour that we left them behind. The restaurant and bathrooms were dirty, and certainly didn’t encourage me to come back again. The poor fish in the front tanks looked almost dead! Close to $170 later for food that we really didn’t want to eat as had no choice. If you’re going to build hype and make people queue for the lunch service, best to deliver a memorable experience!

    My carnivore friends loved the range of dim sum here - but as a vegetarian, there was not as much on offer for me. Given the number of vegetarians and vegans out there these days, it might be nice for Secret Kitchen to have a special trolley packed with vegetarian treats going around.

    Food was nice, but customers service is terrible. I have paid for the bill and still drinking, they ask me to leave because there are customer waiting for this table , it was at 12:58pm . I mean I am allow to sit until 1:20pm when this section end Terrible

    If we prepared more mentally to spend upward of $50 per head we may have enjoyed ourselves a bit betted, it's pricy! But the service was faultless and portions generous, I'd totally come back to splurge on some interesting fish dishes. Mocktails were to die for.

    Sorry NOT nice yum Cha or bbq meats. And cannot see much varieties of yum Cha dishes. Only 2-3 car trolley around when we were dining.

    I invited a group of friends to celebrate the end of Chinese new year. The meal was delicious and the service was great. We had Peking duck, lobster with noodle and the special Yee-San. Highly recommend it

    Excellent service and food. Going to the theatre so we’re quick and efficient. Friendly and attentive. Slight language barrier but was easily overcome. We were told no splitting of bill but the lads at the register was happy to divide the bill in 4 and charge us all the same. Will definitely go back

    Service was mostly bad. Only a couple of staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. The rest seemed very grumpy and unhappy. Food was good. Price is a bit steep for bad service.
