A glasshouse restaurant, where the weather is our wallpaper. We serve breakfast and dinner 7 days a week. We do lunch on weekdays and brunch at the weekend.

Our New York – Italian menu is simple and delicious. Meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs and dairy delivered daily by local suppliers. The restaurant vibe changes from a laid back sunrise through a buzzing sunset. A view like no other in Dublin, cityscape to countryside. No fuss, no formality, book a table and enjoy.

Sophie’s Bar is at the very heart of our rooftop restaurant. Pull up a stool and get comfortable at any time, day or night to take in the incredible views of the Dublin skyline while our amazing team of bartenders create a world-class cocktail for you.

Head out to our Rooftop Terrace to soak up the sun when it's hot, or wrap up in blankets under our heaters when it’s not.

Had the best time at Sophie’s at the dean for a birthday meal, they brought out a little dessert to say happy birthday which was very cute! The food was great and the service was very good as well if we ever back in Dublin we would definitely come back

Steaks were €32 and it was by far the worst steak I’ve ever had. Wine wasn’t great either and came in a chunky wine glass (not a proper red wine glass) not sure if they positioning themselves as a nicer place but it is just an average, mediocre food for a higher price. The place looks nice and it is just very disappointing that the food is not good.

Lovely Brunch at Sophies. Service was excellent, staff efficient and friendly. It irked me to pay 4 euro for a miniature bottle of coke. It’s a mixer!, I despise when I am handed a tiny bottle and charged the full price for a regular size soft drink. It is so unnecessary, how much profit is worth leaving such a negative feeling with the customer. We were a table of six, spending a lot of money, lots of cocktails and beers, so it’s not the money.. it’s the principle of getting ripped off for a soft drink. Otherwise , a lovely experience.

Good afternoon, I went to visit the restaurant and celebrate my birthday with my friends, but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. This is because the staff who were serving us were very rude to us when we arrived, leaving the ambiente strange. The food I thought was excellent, the drinks too, but unfortunately the service ruined the moment.

They should tell us that on Sundays they serve just BRUNCH all day . I went to the restaurant for lunch and I didn’t know about the brunch menu.

Brought my daughter for her 18th Birthday, came from Newcastle, messaged staff before to say it was her birthday and was it possible for dessert with candle and to highlight it’s her birthday. They forgot and I had to remind them. Food was overpriced for what you get, chicken was dry, atmosphere wasn’t as I had expected, quite a let down
