   Maybe we went for breakfast on an off day but we waited 20+ minutes just to order a cup of coffee and waited over an hour for our breakfast. Seemed very short staffed with confused waitstaff. While we waited we noticed many other tables complaining about the same issues and several coffee/meal orders were being brought to the wrong tables. Also ordered the Rooftop Sunrise which consisted of wet guacamole instead of smashed avocados as well as halved cherry tomatoes and not salsa. Maybe come back for dinner?

   Found on line from Canada! Unique spot with a cool vibe, great food and a view. Waitstaff worked as a team which is wonderful !!

   Food was amazing 10/10! Service was brilliant, everyone was so kind and funny. Cocktails weren’t great could use some work. But overall great experience. Will be back

   Fabulous meal. Lovely waitress. Only issue, 2 seater tablets too close to other diners. I cud clearly hear both conversations on either side if our table.

   The team couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We were celebrating and they looked after us so well. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Galway!

   Celebrated Anniversary here, everything was absolutely fabulous. Our waiter Zuzu made the experience even more memorable. Food wise, we went with the tempura prawns which were perfect. The other starter we got was the burrata with bruschetta, this was a bit of a disappointment as the bruschetta was gummy and dry at the same time. Mains were to die for. Desserts outstanding. Overall a very nice experience. Would recommend.

   Drinks were good but it took 25 mins to be served 2 cocktails and there were only 2 other tables there. Lots of staff were just standing around

    Sophie's was a fantastic location for an Easter dinner while traveling through Ireland. The views from the restaurant were lovely, the food superb, and the atmosphere outstanding. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the service was a bit off. I would definitely visit Sophie's again when back in Galway.
