   Ambience was excellent . Service was perfect. All the Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Loved the band. Only recommendation would be to request a level of seasoning from the Diners. We ordered the fried snapper and it didn't appear to have been seasoned. Our other Guest indicated the lack of seasoning on their burgers too.

   The only way that my wife and I dine is by reserving a table. We had a reservation scheduled for 8:00 PM. We arrived to check in, and the new hostess said we would have to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. That's not terrible, considering the amount of traffic this place receives. Ask the hostess again how long it would take to get us a table; she could only say she was working on it. By this time, we'd been waiting for 2 hours. I'm unsure if this is an ongoing thing, but I can say that I will never return.

   overall i enjoyed my evening. Food was good atmosphere great music great. only issues were with my reservation. My reservation was for 7:30 did not get seated until 9p. Then had to flag down the manager to get served.

   Definitely enjoy the setting and the drinks were on point just couldn’t get help when you wanted and felt ignored or didn’t even know who the staff was.

   Unfortunately I did not get to experience Soul as planned. We made a reservation ahead of time and arrived on time and was seated about 3-4 minutes after arrival, so that was cool. The issue came after we were seated…….. nobody ever came except for a young lady who brought us water and told us she wasn’t our waiter. We waited about 15-20 minutes and nobody ever came. Everyone was just scrambling around like they were lost. I am pretty sure we will never return and I hate that.

    SOUL was a very nice restaurant! The food was good and the bottomless mimosas were on point! Live music wasn’t so great but when the dj started playing it was even better! Will be returning!

    We went on a Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. The hostess and staff was ON POINT! My booking experience was easy and I truly appreciate the hospitality shown. I had to make phone calls to set up our group reservation and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be going back. The food was delicious! I don’t know what the other reviews we’re talking about bc everyone ordered something different and it was amazing.

    I had a great time, but they need better parking. The place next door always has things blocked where you can’t go behind the building to exit. Then you have to reverse out, and it ends up being other cars behind you.

    My only complaint was I made reservations and specifically indicated we were celebrating our Anniversary. The hostess never looked at the reservation. Just felt this was a missed opportunity. The parking sucks!!! However the food, server and band were awesome!!!

    Tableware dirty, knat in drink, Salad lettuce not fresh, I have been there 3 times with a guest and our food never comes out at the same time, and order was missed up both times. Food was okay

    It was a birthday lunch, but the music was entirely too loud. Very difficult to hear the person right next to you., although the music was wonderful it was extremely loud. We hurried through our lunch to leave. FOOD was very good !! Just extremely loud

    It was not as clean as expected. No soap in the men’s room. A lemon wedge was under our table that had been there a pretty good while. Food took a while to come out. Had to wait for our bill. Food was decent but not worth returning for—server was not very attentive. I had a chipped glass. It was disappointing.

    The noise level made it difficult to have a table discussion. While the food and beverages were good, the charges for these items did not reflect the posted menu prices. There is also a mandatory 18% service charge that is applied.

    Meals were very good for party of six; however the wait time for 2 of the meals were extremely long. The 2 meals that were late both consisted of chicken & waffles, a very simple meal. 4 of 6 guests had finished their meals by the time the late meals came out. Our waitress, Briana, provided excellent customer service; she constantly apologize for the late meals, which was not due to her. Briana shows tha she love what she do and that is so important in customer service and especially in food service!

    Overall we loved the restaurant! I only had 2 cons: it was too loud to even hear your waitress and the greeter constantly asked us was our whole party there so that she could have some people sit with us. However, I’d still go back. I loved to vibes and aesthetic.

    Soul was great. Parking needs to be modified but for what it was it was cool. The ambiance was amazing and the band was as well... Reservations got messed up but the owner made modifications and accommodated my mothers party of 30 for her 75th! She really had a good time. I had the salmon which was good and rice.. But the broccoli was top tier.

    We really enjoyed ourselves. They were fast and accommodated our party of 25 with ease. The band was rocking and the birthday girl boogied. This place will be perfect once they get a good staff, find better parking and work on their menu.

    Suppose it would be a good spot for birthday parties, there were several the night we went. Too noisy for conversing with friends. Service was terrible. Our table of 14 received food at different times, with one not getting served until the rest were through eating, over an hour in! No follow-up on drinks at all. Hope they get the kitchen in order, it could be a great party restaurant if it were run smoother.
