Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Tolle Präsentationen auf dem Teller und teils ungewöhnliche, aber wunderbar passende, Weinauswahl zu den Gerichten. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen!

Unser jährlicher Besuch im Aqua war wieder einmal wirklich großartig. Der Service von Anfang bis Ende einfach überragend, die Küchenleistung Weltklasse. Das Wagyu mit der Aubergine ein Traum, die Desserts phantastisch. Wir freuen uns auf unseren Besuch in 2026!

Wieder einmal ein unvergesslicher familiärer Abend, bereits durch die herzliche Begrüßung wurden wir in eine andere Welt entführt, was uns unglaublich gut getan hat. Dazu ein Menü höchster Qualität, umrahmt von professionellem unaufdringlichen Service - es ist deutlich mehr als das Gefühl “zu Gast bei Freunden”, es ist mehr ein “nach Hause kommen”. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal 😘.

Perfekte Küche, perfekte Tischkultur, stimmungsvolles modernes Ambiente, außergewöhnlich kompetente Weinberatung. Überhaupt: der Service! Er beherrscht den schmalen Grad zwischen formaler Korrektheit eines Luxusrestaurants und Empathie zum Gast perfekt. Die Küche bespielt 2 phantastische Menüs. Dazu eine auf den Punkt gereifte Käseauswahl vom Käsewagen der Fa. Christofle. - Mittlerweile leider eine Seltenheit geworden. Das Gleiche gilt für die Pralinenauswahl Fazit: wenn es überhaupt "den" perfekten Restaurantbesuch geben kann, dann ist das "Aqua" sehr nahe dran und lohnt sicherlich aus die weiteste Anreise.

Es hat uns im Aqua sehr gut gefallen. Alles war stimmig, das Essen super, die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam, kompetent und freundlich ohne überheblich zu sein. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant, entspannt und ruhig. Wir haben den Abend in vollen Zügen genossen und werden sie sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank
