The restaurant is closed. Very disappointing. We could’ve made reservations somewhere else. But instead we had to eat standing up at a bar in lieu of waiting an hour and 45 min for a table before our concert.

This was my second time. Last visit was a few years back. Unfortunately, there were long wait times for both a server to greet us (20min) and to get our food (over an hour). All we got was “sorry.” Food was okay, nothing special to write home about. We did end up getting a different server who tried her best to make it right. Wish I knew her name but she was the only good thing about the night.

The service was not what we expected for having made reservations. Part of our group arrived and were seated before I arrived, they had ordered drinks and food. I arrived and ordered my drink. My drink was delivered in 5 mins and the others were still waiting. After another 5mins we noticed a group of drinks that had beef sitting at the wait station, we asked and served ourselves. Food delivery was nearly an hour after it was ordered, The food was delicious, we just needed to rush through eating to arrive at our event on time. We observed that it was taking from 20 to 30 minutes to bus and clean tables. For a location that is where multiple event venues are near I would have expected better staffing. Our server, Danielle P, was managing multiple tables in different locations of this large establishment. She did all she could to accommodate us
