   We typically never order steak when we eat out as it’s too often not cooked well. Considering Steersons specialises in steak we decided to make an exception this time and the steak was amazing. Everyone on our table of 8 was very happy with their steak. The vegetables were cooked perfectly as well and the flavours added were amazing. We had come to celebrate my husbands 40th and the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert complete with a sparkler. Very special!

   In a weeks time, we ate there 4 times! We loved it! Best restaurant in Sydney. Loved the rack of lamb and the filet, the pea mousse, vegetables. Desserts unbelievably outstanding! Even the water was terrific. In addition, they do not normally do take out. But, on my birthday (75) I was sick and couldn't go to celebrate there. My daughter went to them and persuaded them to make an exception and so they kindly prepared and packaged the meal and let her takeout the best birthday dinner (lamb and filet and chocolate hazelnut dessert). Thank you!

    The steak are awesome, we ordered a bone in steak at medium rare cook. It is juicy, the surface crust is charcoal flavoured. Their sourdough is a must try.

    Actually it was our first dinner on our vacation to Australia for my daughter and me. Fantastic! She loved her filet but my lambchops were phenomenal. And the pea mousse was divine. Other vegetable (zucchini, broccolini, pea pods, almonds) excellent. But the lamb …. And the sauce…. Service excellent, even the water (still) and lemon. Loved the bread as well. Thank you. Well done!

    My wife and I went for dinner. We had a table overlooking the bay. It was beautiful. The waitstaff were exceptional and the food was outstanding. We both had a fillet with potatoes and a side of sautéed mushrooms. Absolutely fantastic.

    You get what it says on the tin - quality steaks plus a good wine list (including by the glass options). Staff were friendly and accommodating, and overall the place had a good vibe. Quite busy for a Sunday night which is always a positive sign.

    The best steak I’ve ever had. Service was very good however we did wait 45 mins for our food to come. We had some mixed vegetables with almonds but didn’t like the almonds as it seemed an odd combination but I wanted vegetables.

    Great food (options and quality) and great service (knowledgeable, attentive but not intrusive). A great place for a larger gathering (we had a party of 10), especially as we didn't have to get locked in to a set menu. We had an excellent night there and would definitely go again, including for a smaller group.

    The steak was wonderful and the atmosphere was stellar. It was on the expensive side but everything was good. It was so busy that we did have to wait for our check but we are on vacation.

    Our table was beautiful. Food took way too long to come out (an hour and 10 minutes after arrival) but when it did it was very enjoyable. It was a 50th birthday celebration but no acknowledgement from anyone which was slightly disappointing. We appreciated the nice table though and the staff were very friendly.

    We both ordered the Wagyu rib-eye. Both were cooked as requested. However the quality of the meat itself was, in out opinion, poor. At $119 per steak we expected a lot better.

    This restaurant is great for a nice meal. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very attentive. Not cheap but nit overly expensive either. Food is good quality cooked really well.

    Fantastic location - close to the convention centre. Wonderful view. The food service was quick, service was first class, and the food as always was perfect. We went early (17:30) for a 19:30 show and we were out in just over an hour! Large selection of drinks. Should never order the bread as you fill up before the main course! Great servings too. We are NEVER disappointed with Steersons - well done team :-)

    Location was excellent, ambience of restaurant was excellent. Though understaffed, the existing staff was attentive, focused, friendly and attentive. I ordered the signature smoked whisky sour which was expertly prepared and balanced and grilled calamari as a starter which was lightly breaded, grilled and delicious. There were only two downsides to the experience; one forgivable and the other not. First, the drinks and food were brought out order and at irregular times so that they did not complement the food. This could be attributed to the understaffed work force so not a deal breaker. Second, I ordered a wagyu ribeye. A ribeye is traditionally the most flavorful of all cuts of meat. The texture of the meat was 100% wagyu which was good. However, it simply lacked any flavor. Since this is a steakhouse, this is a cardinal sin. In fact, it was so flavorless that it for the first time in a fine dining experience I did not finish the majority of the entree. I left hungry. So, go for the ambience, drinks and light fare but skip it if you want a good steak.

    The steaks were ok, nothing to scream about. Veg was undercooked and the bone marrow lacked good seasoning. The lobster tail was also too over cooked - stringy and the shell stuck to it. All in all, it was ok but not a top steak house in Sydney.
