   Super long wait. Lovely waitress but totally understaffed on kitchen and on floor. They need a way to stop bookings if it’s low staff!

   Really lovely evening in the Stella diner for our anniversary. The wings are delicious, very crispy with lots of sauce. The portions are big particularly the pasta and meatballs. We had the old fashioned cocktails which were tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price is a little high for the type of food that they serve but the experience of a diner makes up for it. We would return for the wings and chips for sure 😊

    This is unusual review as I didn't actually get to eat my lunch .Discovered my phone had been stolen on my way to diner and had to leave in a panic My friend however said the food was delicious and our server whose name I didn't get so was kind and didn't charge for my uneaten meal.My friend said it was the best burger she had had and we will be back...I got to eat a few fries which were delicious when I realised my phone was gone...

    Table was not ready even though we were 15mins later than booked. The food for our table arrived separately, meaning one ate whilst other waited another 7mins. We were not asked if we wanted more drinks or if food/service was ok. It appeared understaffed.

    We decided to go to the Stella Diner instead of Eddie Rockets as we were looking for a little bit more of an up market diner meal. The servers was very friendly but the service was very slow. The food at best was mediocre, we certainly expected more. The price was an absolute disgrace. We decided on the Stella purely based on the website and the pictures we saw online as it had a look and feel of a old school American diner but far from that. Should have rather gone to Eddie Rockets. Won’t be back to the Stella Diner.

    Staff were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice with a unique, funky venue. Food was ok, pasta primavera was quite watery and burger was small I thought, however, still tasty.

    What a gorgeous space! The ambience was relaxed, the decor classy and stylish and the service was wonderful. The nicest cobb salad I’ve ever had. I will be going back for sure!

    We ordered food from there before but this time wasn’t as good. The livers and onions we got were overcooked, and dry. My friend got the all American slam and never got the choice of drink that comes with it, they forgot the toast and also didn’t bring any maple syrup with the pancakes even though it said so on the menu. A little disappointing, not sure if we’ll be back. They also seemed to be out of a few things, didn’t have the beer the menu offers, no butter in the place and also nobody checked if we wanted another drink or a dessert or just generally if everything was okay. The waiter was really lovely but overall it was a poor experience.

    Booked a table online and were seated straight away, place was quite busy and had a good atmosphere. The person serving was lovely and full of chat. Ordered drinks and food. Both came relatively quickly. Food was lovely. However, we understood the venue to be open until 10.00 and when booking was informed it was a two hour time slot which gave a decent amount of time to catch up with friends that we had not seen for a long time. Just before 9.00 a large group left and we were the only diners left. The Staff turned down the lights, brought us our bill and started washing the floor near the toilets. Two other members of the party had hoped to order another drink but did not get the option to do so. We had to walk on the wet floor to use the toilets. I understand people might want to finish work early when the place is quiet, however we were booked in for a two hour slot which we were not given. We had heard only good things about the Stella Diner so it was rather disappointing.

    The food was delicious and our waiter was attentive, courteous and anticipative. Unfortunately, even though we had made a reservation and arrived early, we were seated at the worst table next to the restrooms. When I asked the hostess if we could be moved because we had made a reservation, she was not willing to accommodate us and did nothing to make up for her error.

    I was excited to try the Stella Diner but the experience was lacking. There wasn't many servers working on the day which is most likely the reason. We were served our food but no cutlery. Both burgers ordered were burnt, the phili cheese steak wasn't what you would expect for a cheese steak and steak wasn't rested also which made the bun very soggy. The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked. No servers came to check on how our food was after serving otherwise we would have voiced our issues. I would give them another chance on a less busy day as I have heard good things but it wasn't the mother's day meal I'd hoped for. The server also made a rude remark about my brother's order as he is picky eater which left a sour taste in our mouths, it's unprofessional to comment on what a customer is eating. My brother stated to us that he would have embarrassed by the comments if he hadn't of been dining with family.
