   I started with the shrimp cocktail, and the shrimp were oddly chewy. I just cii oh his t get over the texture. My husband ordered the salmon and had the broccolini on the side which tasted burnt. I have no idea how it was prepared, but it was terrible. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the cheese was the consistency of powdered fake cheese. It tasted so funky. We were in shock because the two previous visits were so delicious. We also ordered sweet te. The waitress, who had not been attentive in any way that evening, said that they were brewing it. We did NOT ever get any drinks and we finally reminded her, to which she said again, and as if she were annoyed, that they were brewing it. One minute later she came back with a tinted water. It was tea, but it has NOT been crewed! We asked the manager about it when she came around to the tables to do the routine, smile and ask how the meal is, and her response was to giggle and admit it was not properly made. What!? Then, the waitress after a very long time ( and no it was not to let us enjoy the meal) came with the tablet for us to view and pay the bill. It was defaulted to 25% which she had not earned but she held the tablet the whole time throughout the check out process in a passive aggressive manner so that we could not adjust the tip amount. We will never return.

   This place is Amazing! From the moment you enter into the restaurant, until the moment you leave, your treated like your VIP! Staff is amazing security is there so you can enjoy in peace and the owner/manager is there going around making sure everything is going well! Love. I would make this spot a 10* if I could!

   We're always looking to try out some good steakhouses and we'd not been to STK before (a little aversion to chains but figured why not). On a Thursday early dinner it wasn't very busy but it was loud still. For some reason at 7pm they decided to pump up the volume on the music even louder to the point of distractions. More annoyingly, while sitting at a booth table, someone (wasn't clear if they worked there) decided it was okay to sit on the short wall between both to chat with the women at the next book for a while. Its a bit annoying to try to eat while having someone in your space right up and behind you. It sounded like they were trying to be engaging and entertaining to the woman in the next booth, but there could have been a better way of doing that than sitting in the space of another table in something thats not meant for sitting. Food was okay. For the price and quality we've had better in Atlanta.

   Our server and the ambience was good but the food was not worth the money! Honestly Longhorn steaks are better-:(. The Chilean sea bass was decent. The best thing we had was the blue cheese butter.

    My food was great only thing we had a warm cookie to go and when we got to the hotel the cookie was cold they didn’t even warm it we spent $26 for nothing but besides that everything was good.

    The restaurant was great. Our server wasn’t the best. We literally waited an hour for four drinks. She didn’t even tell us her name. Maybe she was new or was nervous but the service wasn’t great.

    While the food was good (not spectacular, by any means), the service, for the price point of the meal, was terrible. We were seated for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When they did and we put in drink orders, it was another 10 minutes to receive drinks. We could not put in an appetizer order without putting in our full meal order, so, that delayed things, as well. We received our appetizers from someone else, but was never checked on by our server (we would have ordered another round of drinks). Our dinner was then served (again, not by our server) and our wine, which we had ordered with our meal, was no where in sight. We finally had a check in by our waitress about half way through our meal, to which, we reminded her of our wine. She came back with white wine (we had ordered a specific Cabernet) she apologized and left. By this stage, we had finished eating our dinner. The manager was making his rounds and I expressed my frustration. He was very kind and apologized and said he'd immediately take care of it. We waited, and saw our waitress with the wine, but standing at another one of her tables having a discussion with them, with our wine in hand. Once she FINALLY got to our table with the wine, it was too little too late. We had finished our meal. On top of that, the wine was not properly chilled and tasted like it came from the back storage area where it was 80 degrees. I will say, the manager comped the wine, however, our bill was still over $300 for 2 people. We came for the dining experience, and left having decided we would never return. There are way too many other better choices in ATL for a more fine dining experience and far better service. I was excited to try STK, but, would not recommend if you are looking for exceptional service and an overall excellent dining experience, especially for the price point.

    Their aC was broken. They said it had been broken for days. This doesn’t make any sense for a place like STK. The wine was warmer than room temp, very bad. They only had 3 types of wine available saying their truck was coming tomorrow. Steak was good but cold as if it had been sitting for a while before they brought it out. Overall I am a fan of STK in Miami and in New York. This did not live up to the STK brand at all.

    They took over an hour to bring our food. They brought my steak incorrectly cocked. They brought me a new one, but the new one was tasteless. Even though by then I had waited 1 1/2 hr for it. I had to order salt and pepper for me to season it. For the price, it was not definitely worth it. The waitress was nice and had a good ambiance. But the food and delay really spoiled our celebration.

    I get that supply chain issues are a factor but they were out of so many menu items ... which again cannot be controlled but what can be controlled is the service and the restaurant scene. Our server was most interested in promoting the most expensive items on the menu and when these were not ordered we were basically ignored (bill still came to $1,300). Additionally, the music was way too loud - could barely hear each other. All in all - had the feel of a chain restaurant and something tells me that is not what ownership is going for ... would not recommend at all for personal or business dinners.

    Our waitress Dominique was awesome! The food was amazing and it was a wonderful first time experience. Due to the outside temperature, it made the restaurant very hot and the food was extremely overpriced.

    Manager on Monday was very rude and hostile. I order a streak well done no pink and not burnt. So when I received my order it was burned I was told that is come that way if I wanted it well done. So okay I asked what are some other food suggestions. He said look at the menu I asked about some chicken and he said don’t get the chicken it taste like hospital food. I asked him to take it back because I didn’t want it and he started to very angry and loud.

    We have gone to the other STK in nyc & Miami so I was excited for Atlanta Went here for Father’s Day which we waited 45 min to be sat with several tables open that were not clean The table was sticky, glassware was murky Server was nice but forgetful Forgot silver , waters , drinks , utensils for oysters even forgot our food which pretty much had to return the food since everything was cold Only thing good was the music Honestly wouldn’t recommend

    DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! This is the worse experience i ever had! I came from Ohio for my birthday weekend. My reservation was at 9pm, my guests and I arrived there at 9:05pm (after I let them know, and they agreed). 1st they sent us to wait on the patio, Then I received a text msg that my table was ready. We were brought upstairs, the room was so dar, table not ready, with dirty glasses from the previous guests. We were standing up for minutes. Then sent back downstairs where they found another table for us. We were sitter for 20min+, no server came to take care of us. I had to speak to a server to for him to come. We placed our orders drinks and food at around 9:30pm. They brought the drinks at 10pm. At 10:50pm the food was still not there. I had to ask the server to cancel every order of food because after waiting for more than 2hours. Their manager came to confirm if we want to cancel, he was talking to us with such an attitude. I’ve never been treated like this. My birthday turned out a nightmare, had to leave with my guest without celebrating it…very disappointing experience. Don’t go there !!!!!

    VERY SLOW service, Music entirely too loud, like you're in a club. Food and drinks are great, when you get them. Not at all like DC. Probably better for younger people.

    I made the reservation for 7 didn’t get sat for 30 min. When we did get sat we were sat in a dif room that is not as nice as the main room. Overall not impressed with the service. Food took forever to come out

    We made reservations for 645 but didn’t get seated till almost 730. Why would I make reservations if I’m just going to have to wait. Our server wasn’t bad but the wait to get drinks & food was too long for such an upscale restaurant

    We visited on Father's day for dinner. Our reservation was at 6pm, we got seated at 6:51pm - with no apology or explanation. The service level for the food prices does not align - we didn't get any refills on drinks (water/Sprite) and had to ask for the bread after being seated for 30 minutes. My bill came to $351 for 2.5 ppl - just crazy! They need a kids menu because I ended up paying $48 for butter noodles. Everyone around us was complaining about the service and a manager never came to our area, we sat in the front section right by the entrance/street. I definitely will not return until the management and service get in line with being a 4-star dining experience.

    You guys made my fiancé and I wait two hours to even go in the building, then, when we were finally seated, we had to sit in the back with no ac. We didn’t have cold water to drink with our over-cooked lamb chops. The service was HORRIBLE on Father’s Day.
