   Our server judged us when we wanted well done steaks, then suggested medium well and the steaks were medium and not eatable to our liking. Food is expensive and subpar. When we Arrived there was crumbs on the table and seat, manager saw us cleaning the table n chairs and didn’t suggest to move us just apologized even after we said we came to a expensive restaurant and arrived with crumbs everywhere. Came for a birthday and the table next us was there for a anniversary they got sparklers at the table and got treated well, and we got poor slow service with nothing special.

   I had multiple courses delivered incorrectly, my salad had no dressing, my steak wasn’t cooked how I ordered it and the sides were small and verrrry underwhelming for the price. My waiter was nice but having to sign their tip in front of them was extremely uncomfortable especially after the experience I had. I ended up tipping 20% out of total pressure, because my experience was pretty terrible. So all in all I felt kind of taken advantage of for spending almost $300 on my meal.

   My company leadership team had dinner last night at STK- in downtown Atlanta. I am in no way exaggerating when I tell you that everything was wonderful. The food was great and our server Eric gave us the best service that I have had in a dining experience in a very long time. I have had the privilege of dining all over the world in many fine dining establishments and Eric's service was top level!!!

   Horrible night. My steak was great except I had to eat it with a Butter knife and no STK sauce that I asked for. Friends had cold sea bass, my dirty martini tasted like it was mixed with a lemon drop. They brought out our entrees, then forgot about all of the sides we ordered for about 30 min. No one came to the table for the first 30 min of us being there I had to get up and ask for someone to assist us. The complimentary bread came out 20 min after the appetizer then was ice cold. There were so many horrible things that went on last night. By far my worst STK experience yet.

    We walked up to STK Atlanta for a nice dinner before heading out. We were greeted by a really rude host outside (light skin girl with long braids) who told us they were "fully committed" for the night. I asked if we could sit at the bar and she said that was "fully committed" too. She told me that we could go across the street to the clearly closed Oceannaire or down the street to Colony Square.. i watched 2 different groups of Caucasians walk up without reservations (inc. one where the girls were dressed like gogo dancers with butt cheeks on full display) and get seated. I know they didn't have reservations because they initially told the girls the same thing they told us but when a white male walked up, miraculously there was availability. My cousin had the great idea to make a reservation via OpenTable and voila just like that we had a table in 20 min. When we walked in the restaurant was relatively empty. The only reason we stayed is because I was starving and most of the other restaurants were closed. The waiter was largely inattentive and didn't bring bread until I inquired and it was well after our food came out. I enjoyed my Lobster linguine (loads of crab and nice blend of sauce and pasta) however, my cousin's short rib came out cold. First and last time at this place. The service and food don't correlate with the price. St no point did a manager stop by to ask how everything was going.

    The service was a bit on the slow side. I was sat in front of the wall of tvs. Felt like I was in the first row of a movie theater. There is maintenance happening in the building, so we were not made aware that the AC was not working. Made dining very uncomfortable. The food was delicious. The rack of lamb was worth the price and the Mac n cheese was actually the best I’ve had eating out.

    If your looking for a way to ruin your evening head to STK. The only thing right in the place is the DJ. The GM is a horrific and it his staff definitely follows the leader. The waiter had Alzheimer’s, an attitude, and the restroom reminds me of a truck stop. STK needs to fire and rehire everyone but the DJ.

    Upon my arrival which I had a reservation for, I was “checked in” and told to wait outside in the warm muggy night air for the hostess to call my name. Ended up waiting 23 minutes. What a was the point of making a reservation I wonder? Then when we were called back to the podium, we were asked if we’d like to sit outside because a table there was ready. In my reservation I chose indoor seating so why would I want to sit outside, instead of experience indoor ambience as it was my first time visiting? Then another staff member came out to try to convince me to sit outside because the air conditioning inside wasn’t working and “they were working on it”. I still decided to wait and a few min later we were seated by the bar with horrible street lighting glaring through the window on my date’s face, instead of the dining area in the back. The server took a while to ask us what water we wanted. We then waited 10 min or more before the water to come, and it wasn’t the type we asked for. We asked at least three times for ice water because it was indeed lacking in AC where we sitting. Our food took at least 30 min and when it did come, the steak was not cooked the way we asked. They also brought the wrong sauces. We couldn’t wait to leave and hurried to the bathroom, walking past shelves with dirty dishes and broken machinery. The bathrooms were so messy - wet floors, unflushed toilets and paper everywhere. For an upscale dining experience and spending over $200, we were beyond disappointed. Management needs to make some serious changes to how this place is ran and maintained.

    Incredibly disappointed. We made a reservation, noted it was a date night. Showed up for our /inside/ reservation waited for 20 minutes to be seated. As we wait at the hostess stand for another 5 we are then shuffled to the make shift sports bar STK created for overflow. The atmosphere is 100% different, you walk from a nice place to a pop up sports bar where the air conditioning doesn’t work and there are neon lights and giant flat screen tvs. When asked to be switched we were told it would be an hour wait.. If you are going to sit people here you need to WARN them they will not be getting the STK experience, instead the cheap version for the same price. Not to mention they were out of ingredients for the first two drinks I ordered. Thumbs down. Our waitress was great despite our disappointment with the food, drinks, and ambiance. Id like to note that all the 5 star reviews with the servers names are deceiving as they are paid when a good review is submitted.

    Service was horrible! Waited over an hour for food. And the only reason we got it when we did was because we complained and ask for our order to be canceled. We were never asked if we needed a refill or another drink. The one drink we did get took over 30 minutes to get. The steaks were good but came out slightly warm, the butter didn't even melt on top. The manager came over with a slight attitude and took off 20%. The cost wasnt the problem sir, it was the service or lack there of.

    I would’ve given 5 starts but our sever Aeriel was not attentive and had a bad attitude. It was 5 of us and gratuity was added so it didn’t matter to her how she treated us. Ben, who dropped our food off really set the bar as to how customers should be treated. He was very outgoing and got us everything we needed.

    Very Friendly and welcoming staff. Our waitress Bri was amazing. She was attentive and provided great customer service. Although our food was not up to expectation she did everything in her power to correct our concerns. Compared to our previous times of visiting STK the cuisine lacked and failed to impress. We hosted my sister’s birthday dinner, which was everyone else’s first time and they weren’t pleased with the food. The ambiance and service saved the evening.

    Hi! Thanks for reaching out for my feedback. My first visit, the lobster was spoiled. However, the manager corrected the issue after smelling the lobster and confirming it was spoiled. He did replace the lobster with a fresh one. I felt it was just an honest mistake so I decided to try STK again yesterday. Yesterday was my second visit and honestly the first visit was better. The waiter kinda disappeared on us, we figured it was due it being closing time and him being ready to go. We were not offered bread. The waiter never came back with the second drink i ordered. We were in the process of walking to the bar to ask for the check when we seen him sitting down with two what appeared to be customers. I love the ambiance/atmosphere in terms of lighting and music. However once i got home, i wanted to eat some my husbands free range chicken. As i unboxed the chicken (and with better lighting) i could see the chicken a hue of pink closer to the bones. I have the pictures/videos as proof of this as well. Please note that I would literally prefer bad lobster than undercooked chicken. The first visit we spent about $400 and yesterday we spent about $280 ( so roughly $300.) Imagine spending almost $700 on food and the lobster was bad and the chicken was pink. Yikes!! The service and food didn’t equate to the amount of money paid for said food and service. This message is for feedback. I do not want any money back or the hassle that comes with complaining to people who genuinely don’t care. Unfortunately we will not be back to this restaurant and hopefully this info will help future staff. Thank you.

    I enjoyed my experience at STK. Reserving a table was easy using OpenTable. My table was ready when I arrived. The ambiance was superb. The live DJ was great at mixing the music for the crowd. There were great options to choose from on the menu. The food was really delicious. I will say that my food was more room temperature than hot but I did not complain. I had the best service on a night that I've had in a long time. Our server was Renshal. It was also great people-watching on a Thursday evening. I absolutely adore this restaurant. And they also validate parking.

    Slow, inattentive service. There was a general lack of care for our table and those around us. Did not get our food until 1h45 after we sat down with very little explanation and no apology. When it did arrive, part of the table’s food was missing. Fortunately, what did make it to the table was delicious. I do not think this was a Wednesday night problem, I think the issues are systemic. I would not return or advise anyone to go there for 6-9 months, enough time to make changes and see improvements.

    Awful. Overcooked steak. No bottled water available - flat or sparkling. Only bread was fine. I had ordered tomahawk steak around 150$ and they messed it up. The food arrived so quickly that it felt pre-cooked and the food runners would drop the food and not say a word that’s just crazy for a place that churches so much. The two appetizers I ordered are he tuna and squid we’re not good at all nothing to write home about

    Worst dining experience I’ve had in years! 6:30 reservation for 6 people. Seated at 7 PM. No bread or order taken until 8 PM. Appetizers arrived at 9 PM. Steaks arrived at 9:45. Food was good. Finally after 10:15 I canceled desert and asked for the check.It took 4 hours!!! In addition, they had no wine available for under $150 a bottle. All less expensive sold out. Manager haggled price with me to get a bottle for $90. Very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. Will not return to STK. manager didn’t even adjust my bill or comp anything. Worst experience ever!

    I reserved a table for 4 for my sister’s 20th birthday & I really regret doing so. We got sat and waited 25 mins for a waiter to acknowledge us or even bring us water or utensils. Our waiter (Deandre) was very rude and nonchalant. We asked him to give us suggestions about what we should order since this was our first time dinning here, and he said he didn’t know. Our food was cold and extremely overpriced for bland and over cooked food. Overall, I felt horrible that STK ruined my sister’s birthday. Please do not spend your money here. & If you do want to try this place out do not get sat with the waiter Deandre.

    My birthday dinner and I didn’t feel special at all !! The server was slick rude and informed me on how I should pay, the tip is added on and the bill is extremely high for what you get ! Won’t come back to this location again !! Denver location spoiled me, for my friend birthday they went above and beyond !! Not this location ! Tip high as hell be prepared!!

    Horrible 1st experience!!! Took 90 minutes to get our entrees! Took 30 minutes to get bread or beverages we ordered. No real managers available. Waitress had little support. Too crowded for minimal staff. They should Limit reservations if they can’t handle the load. Sea Bass portion was tiny…child-sized portion! Size of a lime! We’ll not go back!!!

    This was my first experience with STK and will be my last. I made reservations for a party of five at seven. We all arrived at 7 and was promptly seated, but the unfortunate kicker is that we did not leave until almost 11pm .. We waited three hours for food and there were many other tables that were served food and drinks and were in and out before us. Our waitress was excellent but again three hours for food was unacceptable. I'm definitely not the type to complain but it was necessary. We did speak with management and they did accept accountability but again they must do better.

    The young lady checking us in was very rude and didn't want to help our situation. We had 2 parties of 7 & 6. Instead of trying to find a way were we all can ALL sit together. She just automatically shock her head NO, we can't do that. I even put it in my notes as SPECIAL REQUEST. The waitress was very nice and helpful, but if you are one of the first people or person we see when we walk into an establishment. You should be the friendliness person or at least act like you care and say NO we can do that in a very nice and respectful way. Unfortunately, we will never come back or recommend this place because of that young lady. I'm sure she's a very nice person and deals with a lot of people, but that's your job and you are representing your restaurant. You have to treat EVERYONE with respect if your representing a business. Food was very good, by the way. Thanks for your time.

    We made reservations for a party of 10. But it was reduced to 8. My comment will be based on a party of 8. STK is a nice restaurant. The prices are steep. Let me see the stage, service was for a party of 8 in the late afternoon - 3 pm and we had one server. We placed our food order at or about 3:45. There was a variety of food ordered such as lamb, steak, pasta, salmon and shrimp. It took an hour for the food to come to the table and was delivered with issues. One person originally ordered the short ribs, but it wouldn’t be ready until 6 pm. The menu did not indicate it was a meal that is prepared and ready for consumption for certain meals. One person ordered lamb - medium, the lamb delivered well done. The lamb came back rare. Another person ordered lamb medium rare, it was delivered well done. We spoke with a manager who had just started his shift, before the food finally came out to express our concern on the length of time for the food to come out. Soon after speaking with him the food came out. The temperature of the food was not hot. The temperature was as though the food had been sitting. We ate our food since we were hungry. Received the over $800 bill. We spoke with the same manager again to requested to be compensated for the poor service and he had the nerve to say “what was the problem?” This is the same manager we spoke to to express our concerns, We paid the bill. The Manager have a 10% discount to go towards our next visit. But do I really want to go back to give STK a chance to redeem themselves?

    The food was great as always. Our waiter was really sweet. The food did take a long time to come out but it was packed as it is prom time and literally almost every other table was celebrating a birthday. I will definitely be back whenever I’m back in town.

    First impressions walking in, the music was pretty loud and upbeat, sort of like walking into a club. As a younger couple, we didn’t mind the noice level/style that came with dinner. When the host brought us to our seats the seating was very tight and wasn’t much wiggle room nor space for me to cut into my steak. We found each other taking turns to use both hands. Me and my date had also waited almost an hour to receive our food, but at least the food was good. To talk more about the food, I enjoyed the meal thoroughly but seemed very pricey for the portion of what we ordered. We ordered 2 steaks, 2 sides, and 2 drinks (came out to be ~$500 after tax/tip) We had a good waiter who made sure that we were satisfied with our food despite how busy it was and the amount of complaints he was receiving from the other tables. The kitchen forgot our lobster tail but the waiter made sure that we were suppose to receive it in no time. Overall, it would’ve been a great experience aside from the 3 hours we spent at the restaurant and the price we paid for this experience. If you are looking for a nice, fancy dinner where you or a group can socialize, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
