What an incredible restaurant. Glorious food, great wine list, lovely ambience and top notch staff. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Best dining experience we have ever had in Dublin.
Best food I’ve eaten in a restaurant in years.
Food just ok - definitely not the quality you would expect for the prices charged.
Great food and service. Good ambiance. Always enjoyable.
Great food served by friendly and professional staff in lovely surroundings.
Great venue to have a business lunch in right in the centre of town
Last minute booking and 7 people turned up. Food and service was fantastic
Superb restaurant. Very high quality food offering, very professional and friendly service and a lovely setting
Has to be one of the best restaurants in Dublin
very nice staff and lovely ambience, the food was very nice and the early bird menu was very suitable for the time of the day we were. we were late however the staff did not have an issue and held our table.
Excellent quality food with great atmosphere, really enjoyable night. Only criticism was vegetarian portion size was slightly small for the main.
The food was excellent. Though the waiters kept refilling our glasses which were'nt empty. Prob a ruse to make you drink more.
I celebrated my graduation lunch here with my family of 9 and they were so accommodating we ended up sitting in the bar after and the staff were excellent. It was a lovely day/evening. I was the only person of my group there before but now all of them are dying to go back again. Thank you to all the staff.
Lovely ambiance & warm welcome but food very disappointing.
Though our party was reduced from 4 to 2, we were greeted warmly. Service was excellent, our tap water was topped up regularly and we availed of the Wednesday evening special offer on some wines. We chose the Early Bird Menu and the food was excellent, portion sizes were generous. We arrived at 6 pm and left a little before 9 pm and did not feel any pressure to leave. I would recommend Suesey Street.
We dined using a voucher from the Irish Times. The menu was a fixed 3 courses with no choice. Starter was beetroot infused smoked salmon, main lamb rump on yohurt and vegetables, followed by panna cotta. It worked well with a minevois red and good service
Lovely service, excellent food.
Very enjoyable evening from the moment we arrived . Warmly greeted , barman excellent food very good and service very attentive .
Lovely food & service. Very enjoyable evening with accommodating staff
Nice, pleasant restaurant.
Went there for lunch - no lunch menu - only a la carte.
Service was good and the food was fine.
A wonderful evening! Everything was absolutely incredible!
The restaurant was incredibly accommodating given our party of 6 all showed up at various times and bumped up to a party of 7. The service was excellent and the food was delicious with everyone enjoying their meals.
Booked for a family 40th, staff were friendly and attentive. One guest had mobility issues and they went out of their way to make things easy not just in terms of coming in but also proximity to toilets. Food as always was fab! We’ll be back - thank you all for a great night!
Went for the Esrly Bird as we were going to a show in N C H. Great value. Food was excellent.
I had a very enjoyable meal with a friend of mine. The food was well presented and very tasty. Good flavour combinations. Service was good. Nice buzz in the restaurant and a good bar area that you can have a drink in before being taken to your table. I hope to be back soon.
Outstanding food which was matched by the equally high standards of the service. Seated in the ‘snug’ which was extremely nice and private for a quiet meal for 2. Would highly recommend.
Second time here recently. I love the food, staff & atmosphere which combined make a great venue. Will return again soon.
I had lunch on Thursday and Friday with friends. The food was excellent and the service was so attentive.John as usual made us so welcome on both day's. The cod tempura and hake were superb as was the panacotta and staff especially whipped cream for me which was not with the menu to go with the dessert.
Great meal and overall experience! Was visiting Dublin with my family from Canada, and all 4 of us had great food and service. All the dishes were spectacular, flavourful, interesting, and impeccably prepared. Would highly recommend Suesey street for anyone looking for a top notch meal for a special occasion.
Service was good and pleasant. Ordered pan fried foie gras starter which was nicely cooked but was nearly cold. Sent it back to be reheated, plate was heated but food not much improved (which would have been hard to do). Lobster tail and steak main was nice, hand cut chips just okay/bit over cooked. Early bird menu looked interesting but probably won't go back as nothing exceptional about food. Best aspect was nice outdoor eating area.
The food was amazing! Everyone working there was so nice and friendly!
Arrived for our 8.15 reservation to find only 2/3 other tables occupied- no other tables were occupied during the evening- the atmosphere was non existent. We all ordered scallops to start. These were deep fried floating in a green flavourless sauce. Scallops are a fish best served very lightly cooked. A very disappointing start.
I had foie gras starter for main course- it was acceptable but I have had a lot better. My guests had duck and fish with vegetables and new potatoes. These were fine but nothing special. My guests enjoyed their deserts rhubarb cheese cake. Sues you
Street is not a cheap restaurant, on this visit it failed to deliver on ambiance and on food. Service was good. It will be a while before I visit again
Lovely atmosphere, excellent service. Starters were fine, mains and desserts delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
Very enjoyable evening. Friendly service and atmosphere. Excellent food.
Love this venue with attentive staff in a relaxed environment. Great place to catchup with friends or for business dinner. Highly recommend.
Had wonderful lunch with friend's John always makes us so welcome and food was superb and service excellent we will be back again very soon. Well done to all.
Fantastic food and service, early bird great value for money. €8.50 for a pint of beer is fairly ridiculous however. This was the only downside.
Excellent food and charming service. Great menu choices.
Easily one of the best restaurants in Dublin, highly recommended!
Suesey Street is "grand." Four of us tried it on a Saturday evening (23/6) and it was less than a third full (it is quite a big place) so it lacked atmosphere, maybe it was the weather, the sun was blazing. The choice of starters was restrictive, scallops (3 for €14.00), a salad, fois gras and beef tartare. I have reservations about fois gras so why not a parfait to widen the choice? I had the tartare, it was 'grand.' Mains were better, my sirloin was good sized and tasted v nice, cooked as ordered. It was, however, a sort of mud brown colour, not with a nice carmelised crust which adds so much to the appearance. The other three had fish which they enjoyed. We skipped on desserts. Good wine list, well priced. Like i said, 'grand.'
Great food, great service, great venue! Staff were attentive and the outdoor terrace has a wonderful atmosphere.
