Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

The server was very nice . But we got the wrong hot chocolate the fries were hard and cold and the chicken tasted like it came out of a bag of Perdue chicken chunks . For 250 I expected better

Gigi was an attentive waitress Three of us dined. We ordered Hamburger with fries. Cheeseburger fires and a Caesar salad. (Cheeseburger at this location is one of the best.) For drinks we ordered Martini Mudslide which had to be sent back because it tasted like plan milk. (I order this drink each time I visit). The waitress agreed the drink looked watery. Drink was remade. It was delicious. Second drink Passion Fruit Margarita. Delicious. Must have. Overall family had a good time.

My fiancé and I have been to Sugar many times and our experience was nothing like before. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated quickly. As we walked to our seats, there were many tables with dirty dishes and we just assumed they were slow with the cleaning. Our waiter greeted us and welcomed us to Sugar. She gave us time to look at the menu and came back in a timely manner. We placed our order for two appetizers and two meals, one water and one vanilla milkshake. My fiancée asked questions about the milkshake because there were no white chocolate swirls and the waiter acted like she couldn’t understand what was being asked. The milkshake was sent back. We had to ask several times for items and the waiter never back to check on us for a while when she finally did she asked “Is everything ok now?” I simply said yes and she was on her way. I received the wrong meal. I was giving the shrimp Alfredo instead of the shrimp stir fry. When I received the correct meal, it was great, nice and hot. The waiter never came back to apologize or show any sympathy. We asked for to go boxes and plastic ware and it took her forever to bring this items and the check. We did not tip for such bad service. Not sure if we would be back again.

We dined here after seeing Disney on Ice. Everyone seemed to have enjoyed their meal. I asked the waitress for one thing, hot sauce. 20 minutes later she stops by the table and asks me, “did someone bring the hot sauce. I told someone to drop it off.” I replied “no, I didn’t not receive it”. She then asks if I still like some. Um, no thank you. Food is cold by this point. Check please.

The wait wasn’t bad, I thought the restaurant could have been bigger but still an intimate setting. Due to it being busy and short in staff the waiter wasn’t attentive and got my order wrong. The prices are reasonable.

Worse service I ever had. Took over 2 hrs for a simple lunch. The waiter was nowhere to be found and overwhelmed with his tables. No other staff helped out. Manager never came over to the table but took one coffee off our bill after our order got “lost in translation”. With better waitstaff and management it would be a nice restaurant.

Our server was annoyed and short answered . We accidentally spilled water on the table and asked a waitress to help , she cleared ice but left table flooded. I asked for napkins and a clean up from our waitress and she threw 2 new fabric arrangements on table and left , table still flooded . Our waitress came back for order and I asked napkins and for simplest question on how to break it down for a 7 year old and she said umm idk it’s tacos . I said take off onions and send simple. She was super annoyed and unpleasant. We got food and it wasn’t very good my chicken sandwich was chicken breast flooded with hot sauce - couldn’t eat it. For 3 people to eat at over 100 dollars, it was disgusting and so jot worth it . Only saw the waitress 3 times - water spill, order, and check . Very disappointed. Not such a welcoming great establishment.

I was excited to take two of my grandkids there. One is 12 and one is 10. We didn't have anything out of the ordinary and only one lemonade. Bill was 75 dollars with out tip. I wouldn't mind if the food and all was good, but it was medicore at best. Not worth the hype or the price.

We celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday . The food was good. Drinks were amazing, however $35 to CUT AN 8 in cake is literally beyond. Keep in mind, I paid $13 for the cake. 🙄 get rid of that high a$$ fee . I’d understand $10-15 but $35 is stupid . This place is only for special occasions which is why they charge a lot.

I go here all the time but this time asked not to take the appetizers and meal out at the same time, well they did so by the time we finish the appetizers the meal was cold, and the chicken sandwich was the worst, we could even eat it the chicken was like rubber…don’t no if I’ll go back

I put in that it was birthday but no one said anything at the restaurant. It’s not that they had too but why ask. A little gesture as saying Happy Birthday would have made this experience ( our 1st time) would have made it a five star across the board.

Our server was excellent and helped us choose dinners since we don’t like spicy. My cosmo was tasty and my fish taco’s delicious! Hubby had twin lobster tails. Excellent! Our only complaint was the noise level. Loud music makes everyone talk even louder, especially with so many large (8-10) groups trying to converse. We give Sugar a thumps up and will return. One side note: the stair railing coming up steps into the restaurant was so sticky, it was really gross. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly and wiped down daily.
