    As previously our welcome and seating were very friendly and efficient. Our order was taken almost immediately and our tea and toast came within a couple of minutes but the breakfasts did not arrive for a further 30 minutes. Once again no explanation or apology. This level of service is unacceptable in any grade of hotel .

    Disappointed with breakfast.cold coffee waiting ages on breakfast.was served cold.got pancakes .gave the back and got scrambled eggs instead.very watery and cold couldn't eat it.overall for the cost it was very poor.

    We arrived on time and were seated promptly, having been given a choice of three tables. Our order was taken very quickly and our tea and toast arrived within a couple of minutes. However our breakfasts did not arrive for a further 25 minutes without even a hint of an apology
