    My partner and I really enjoyed it. We were a bit disappointed because there was no sunset that evening, but the food never lets us down.

    We had an amazing time. The food experience was excellent. The young chef was brilliant, so passionate about the food he was serving & explaining were it was sourced. The other staff made the experience with a little bit of knowledge of the Island. Definitely recommend!

    this was an outstanding experience at sunset restaurant the food was exceptional and the service first rate. It was probably one of the best meals I have eaten. I would thoroughly recommend it. It also had exceptional views over the sea.

    Absolutely loved the experience. We sat outside under the pergola area looking out over the bay, even though the sunset forgot to turn up for dinner it was still a beautiful view. The food was delicious, the flavours and dishes just mixed so well. Dessert was my winner of the night. Most importantly the staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. Definitely the perfect little evening to end our KI holiday.

    Beautifully positioned to capture the sunset. Innovative delicious food served by very friendly obliging and knowledgeable staff. If this were in one of our capital cities they would charge double and attract rave reviews. So pleasing to see on beautiful KI. One of Australia’s hidden gems.

    The feed me menu was amazing. Every course, of which there were many, was delicious and beautifully presented. Lots of Kangaroo Island produce and a few KI wines. (We like to support the area we are visiting). Would have liked to try a Sunset wine. Beautiful view. We ate lunch but would love to return for dinner at sunset. Lovely young servers. Pleasant and knowledgeable. An all together most enjoyable experience. Better than some we have had in Adelaide. We will make sure we return whenever we are in KI which I hope will be often. Thank you Sunset.

    Definitely the Top1 restaurant on the island! Beautiful sunset view and we came across a Kangaroo jumping outside while having the dinner. The staffs are so friendly. Thanks for the lady who welcomed us. Thanks for the wonderful window seating. This is an awesome and unforgettable experience for me All the food is delicious and love the apple cider as well.

    We had the 'Feed me"menu, which was lovey. Wine choices per glass, and beer choices were limited. On booking, would have preferred to be able to choose inside or outside seating to then bring warmer clothes if chosing the latter.
