   When one dish came, we had no plates or forks to eat. We waited for the plates for like 5-10 minutes. In the meantime , the dish got cold. Taste wasn’t really good

   Service was super slow. We waited 45 minutes after we finished eating for a check and containers. Ask 6 times for togo containers. Food isnt tradtional indian flavor. Most had a trini accent, dont know if the cooks are from trini. Everything was salty. We order chili fish.. salty and ok, lamb chops and tandoori chicken.. no flavor of tandoor, salty and tasted like shan mix for seasoning, not good. Lamb biriyani was ok, chicken tikka masala had a different flavor again ok sag paneer was ok. The best thing was the naan, light and fluffy. Place was busy which maid me wonder why the food wasnt that good but maybe everyone else is used to this flavor. Service was the worst.

   My family and I had a great dining experience at Tabla. The spices were not overbearing and the food was absolutley delicious. We enjoyed the manchurian chicken, samosas, tandoori chicken, lamb chops, and two kinds of naan (garlic and butter). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great Indian food and friendly customer service. My family and I will return to this restaurant during our next visit to Orlando.

   Omg, what a fabulous restaurant! They serve Indian, Thai and Chinese foods, beautifully prepared and served. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Beautiful upscale decor. Would definitely return when we are in the area again

   The server was very excited to share his suggestions as this was our first time there. Everything he recommended was delicious with just the right amount of spiciness and excellent flavor. I would definitely recommend you try the IndoChinese and Indian dishes. The garlic Naan was very tasty too. Absolutely loved the jalapeño mojito. Plan to visit again if we return to Orlando. Thank you!

   Very good Indian food in a slightly odd location. Everything was expertly prepared - highlight was the lamb chops (melted in the mouth); Biryani was a bit heavy for my tastes. Waiter was fantastic and recommended what he though the kitchen prepared well - and he was right.

   We found this restaurant near-ish to the Universal area via an app. When our car pulled up to Tabla attached to the Clarion Inn we almost bailed on the spot. SO glad we did not. The food here was truly fantastic and the service very attentive and courteous. We had chicken curry, chicken tikka from the tandoor, garlic and pepper naan (hot!) and a few other things and it was all truly excellent. The ambience isn't so great but I'd still happily go back for the excellent food. This was a great surprise. Don't miss it!

    This is not your typical Open Table restaurant. It is one large bare room with absolutely no ambience where the sound bounces off the walls and the lighting is strong. While they had a display of a few bottles of wine, there were no signs of liquor, beer or wine being served. The restaurant was filled with happy, noisy families. Service was harried and inconsistent. The food was quite good and the prices were reasonable. Not a place to go for a romantic dinner! It was a bit of a drive from our resort so I would not go back, and, if I did I would do take out.

    The restaurant completely disregarded the reservation made via Open table. They were overbooked and completely clueless on how to manage the guests. We decided to wait and eat since it was too late at night to go find other restaurant. We were hoping food would be nice based on reviews that we read. Oh boy! It was disastrous - undercooked, had used spoilt oil, had to send few dishes back, server didn't know what he was serving. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

    I was looking forward to a good Indian meal and chose Tabla because of Trip Advisor reviews. The restaurant missed on all points staff was very nice which is its only high point.

    The service and food was horrible even for Valentine's Day dinner. We had an 8 o'clock reservation when we got there the line was out the door. At around 8:30, we were informed they were running 45 minutes behind schedule and would not be honoring reservations. Instead, they would start new list with everyone in line. While waiting, we realized they were cherry picking which patrons they would sit 1st instead of going in the orders that we came in. Yes... There was definitely special preference given to hotel guest and others who looks like they were familiar with the place. Someone who had came after us was placed ahead of us. He was very apologetic and explained he was being bumped ahead of us because he had kids. I'm not sure what part of the process is that. Once, we finally got to the table after an hour it took over 20 minutes to take our order and get served even a mango lassi. When I explained how horrible one of the item was the server told me he could not exchange it. We were completely ignored after that. We still waiting for a straw, extra rice and for the waiter to tell us whether or not they have salad. Once the check arrived we realized they added an additional dollar to each of the entries. When I pointed it out to the server he said that they needed to print out new menus and the prices had changed. Definitely a horrible restaurant with some questionable practices. I would not send anybody over there to get mistreated and pay high price for food that's not even decent.

    Service & Food were good. The food is traditional North Indian food and they do make it spicy when you ask for it. But I feel it is a bit expensive. The ambiance like most Indian restaurants is an after thought. There is usually no one to greet you. I understand there is a staff shortage but in general these sort of services are just overlooked st Indian restaurants.

    The dining experience was excellent. Walked from our hotel safely with marked crosswalks . Waiter was pleasant and helpful choosing a great entre. The seasoning was just right ( not too hot for me).

    Check in with reservations was a little confusing. Two doorways to enter the restaurant and people standing in line in both doorways. Pretty crowded. Lots of kids. Food was excellent.

    They have really huge crowd and it’s noisy. They were hardly able to serve the minimum capacity. We had to wait 2 hours to get our food. Food was ok. But, the wait time was ridiculous. No one responds or provides any update on your order. We didn’t get our drinks in the meantime. We had to wait an hour to get the drinks. It was not a good experience considering how good their ratings were. I would suggest the Tabla Restaurant in Winter Park. We had great food and very responsive people at that restaurant!

    This location is located within a Clarion Motel. But, don’t let the humble surroundings deter you. The food and service were fantastic. Yes, you can tell that they’re used to dealing with tired tourists. That said, these two locals still enjoyed the experience.

    We decided to stop by Tabla on our way out of Orlando and so glad we did! Everything was absolutely delicious here! We ordered the chaat platter, chicken seekh kebab, butter chicken, and the indo Chinese fried rice. I would recommend all! The dishes had a balanced and rich flavor. The service was also great! Will definitely visit again the next time I’m in town.

    Took few minutes to somebody take care of us, but after that Ms. Francis a Venezuelan server took care of us in a excellent way. The food was amazing, rich in flavor and a very taste in presentation. We enjoy!

    Food was tasty but must have been when we came in or the fact it was Saturday but it was very clear they were understaffed. There were several mistakes in our order, our check kept going to the party sitting behind us, our card went to them too. We went in on Saturday around 10pm which was an hour before closing. We were seated promptly but our order wasn't taken until 30 minutes later by which point the kitchen started to close so we were told to give our full order before drinks were even taken. It made sense so we did it but then we never got drinks until after our dinner was almost over. I think the main issue was the waiter, he made a lot of mistakes that night and we were patient because we thought maybe they were too busy or maybe he was new. However, since there were more than one or two mistakes I feel its important to write about it. If they were understaffed then just say sorry we can't take any more people. And both the waiters we dealt with never wrote anything down and subsequently they forgot all orders we gave me. I don't dock points for waiters that write things down that's a plus in my books, shows organization. Because he didn't write it down they didn't bring one of the dishes we ordered luckily we over ordered food so we were fine, all our food came out mild even though we ordered spicy which I think was because he forgot and like I said we never got our drinks because again no one wrote that down. Also, don't order the mango lassi, not good (not tart and didn't taste like mango). Like I said the taste was good of the food and the restaurant has lots of potential if we didn't have any of the mistakes that happened to us. The funniest mistake was having the customers behind us come over and exchange cards with us because our waiter switched the check folder (not once but twice). I would still recommend the place, especially for non-Indians (their food is still better than an average Indian restaurant) but maybe go right when they open.

    We had the chicken Tikka Masala, chicken Vindaloo, and garlic naan; it was fantastic. We order Indian food about once a week so we wanted to get some on vacation, it did not disappoint. We came two nights in a row!! Definitely recommend the Mucho Mango Martini as well :)

    The food was absolutely delicious, and we chose mostly vegetarian options. FYI they do not have a full bar, beer and wine only which was really not a big deal. The only disappointment was the service was very slow, yet friendly. We had to look for our waitress each time we needed help, but I would go back.
