We enjoyed our Friday night dinner! The service was pretty good but definitely could have been more attentive. There didn’t seem to be a lot of options with the grilled meats and sometimes there was a long lull. The Brazilian limeade was fabulous!!

Salad bar was great. Lots of nice options and a lot more quality than most salad bars. The meat was ok. Not horrible just not the overall quality we are used to and $275 for a family of 4, which was 2 adults and 2 kids makes this on the high end.

I’ve always felt I was decent on the grill. I buy choice or prime cuts of meat, and grill to a nice medium rare. Sometimes medium. We were so excited to go here for my birthday, and we’re so surprised how poor things were. The restaurant is beautiful. It’s clean. Salad bar was great! That’s where the good stuff ends. Meat was way overcooked. Much of it was tough. Even the filet mignon wrapped in bacon. I literally couldn’t chew parts of it. Had to find a way to spot food out in an elegant, upscale restaurant. That’s uncomfortable. Plates were left on the table, while our server was at the bar chatting with other servers and the bartender. Coke refill took 15 mins. Never got to try many of the meats, despite being there 90 mins or so. Much of the meat was under seasoned, and so overcooked as to be nearly inedible. My wife is a lamb lover. Grew up on it in South Africa. This lamb was so gamey and wild tasting, not to mention, tough, there’s no way it was lamb. Try mutton. So thouroughly disappointed. $400 for 5 people with total of 3 alcoholic drinks. We will NEVER be back. I don’t leave reviews often at all. There’s just no other way to say it. Food and service were bad.

I usually have such a great experience here but was truly disappointed in this visit. I think the main thing that was off was the timing. Our sides came to our table while we were still eating from the salad bar and so by the time we were ready for the main portion they were all cold and we had to ask for fresh again. We were seated at the front of the restaurant and had very long stretches of time before meat selections were brought to us and it was clear that it was the end of the round because very little was left on the stick at times. We also noticed that we did not get the option for some of the main meats like the picana and spicy picana (until we asked at the end), it was also over 45 mins before we got the filet option but we kept getting multiple offers of the lamb and ribs & chicken and never got offered the shrimp (only saw it as we were leaving . I just was surprised that this happened since we were there for just under 2 hours.

This was a great place to eat and spend time with family. I just feel it’s a little expensive. Service was fabulous!

Service was nice and lots of options at the hot and cold bars. Did have some issues towards the end of the meal with servers ignoring our table when they came around.

We are from Chicago visiting and we wanted to stop by for a good dinner. The front bartender was amazing, but when we got to our table, it all went downhill. We were sitting down for 15 minutes. We had to ask to bring meat to our table 3 times we had to ask for the cheesy bread mashed potatoes for our kids such a delay with everything. We’re glad we’re only visiting because I don’t think will ever be back to this place.

for a steakhouse, and one that explained that all meat would be cooked medium rare unless otherwise specified, it was very disappointing to get almost all the meats medium well to well done, rending several inedible. The picanha was one of the few cooked correctly, along with a piece of flank steak. That was about all I could eat. First round of bread and sides weren't fresh though the plantains are very tasty, second round was much better. The flower arrangement at the salad bar is stunning. Grilled pineapple was great, lobster bisque was good as well. Overall the salad bar was the star, which tells you why I won't be back.
