It was great. We had a birthday celebration for father and brother. Unfortunately we left hastily after everyone was full because my toddler was cranky. We had seasonal shrimp, leg of lamb requested twice yummyyy. Chicken parm was succulent. Spicy sirloin good just peppery not super spicy. Flank and many more. The salad bar was great but not has big as the one in Yonkers. one fruit at hartford loc: grilled pineapple which was good. They charged my 5 year old as an adult peeve and i didn’t realize. And my birthday folks didn’t get any cake but a candle with just letters lmao. I guess i didn’t request but someone should have asked do you want us to do this: i had no idea.

Visited the restaurant to give farewell to our oldest son before moving in to UConn. Party of 5 with 3 teenagers. The Host sat us all they way in back of restaurant, next to the water station, even though the restaurant was empty. She sat us next to two tables with smaller crying kids. The meat servers did not come to our table with the star cut of the restaurant, the picanha. We told our waiter many times. He apologized and said that he talked to the manager. It never came. They kept on offering chicken and sausage. After 1.5 hours waiting they sent a picanha that was cooked rare, so uncooked that was not even possible to eat by my husband who always eat rare meat. The server never offer other options to help with the bad service. Very disappointing experience and dinner.

Used opentable reservation system, made a reservation (after trying to call the restaurant to see what the wait time was like) got an automated system that texted me a code to make a reservation, which I did. Got to the restaurant and they told me the system wasn't working properly and there were no tables available and there would be a wait. Asked how long of a wait, hostess couldn't even give me a time frame. I had a confirmation text on my phone about my reservation. I didn't fight with the hostess I just took a seat at the bar. There were 3 tables that were cleaned and open, I asked if I could have one of them and was told NO they are for people who have been waiting already. I felt like since I had a confirmed reservation that they couldn't honor I should have been able to take one of the open tables. Very poor hostess service. Fear even trying to use the reservation system in the future.

It was a terrible experience for my son’s birthday. All the meats were greasy and way too salty. We were very disappointed because it was very expensive. Would like my money back for the dinners. We will never go eat there again.

Staff was amazing always attentive and informative. Our waitress Daniela was ready with refills without asking and anything we asked her (since it was our first time) she knew right away. Food was flavorful, fresh, and cooked to the right temperature. Definitely will he returning and spreading the word

Love the flavors of all the meats. Our server was super attentive and offered to send over carvers by request. Not as expensive as other all-you-can eats. The quality is excellent!
