Dirty tables. Leaking AC ducts. Advertisements were misleading about appetizers. Food is quite expensive for what you get (ie..3 small chicken cutlets (half dollar size) with mashed potatoes for $15.

I dont write bad reviews, but our experience was horrendous. From overall filth of bar area (orange garnish dirty napkins on floor next to our table entire visit) to food being just terrible. Server kept apologizing for kitchen taking sooo long to prepare wrong apps andway overcooked steaks. Tables near us were finished eating before kids meals arrived and were very very angry at times. I actually felt bad for our server who sent manger over...manager apologized for food and explained kitchen was short staffed. Not that we cared for excuses, she did comp the app that was wrong and landed with no utensils or plates. And discounted steak 20%. Just a terrible visit overall.

Portions were very small. Service was very poor. Thankfully, we had a coupon to offset the cost. We have no plans of returning. Save your money and enjoy better quality food at Outback or Longhorn.

It probably was where we were sitting which was by the kitchen and I guess drink stand. It was cruddy and nasty looking which did not make eating enjoyable. The service and food were good but not the seating location.
