    I was a little distressed when we arrived because the hostess seemed to not recognize that we had an Open Table reservation. However, the rest of the experience was fantastic. Since I received this email all was well, but I wasn’t assured that they had even recognized us as a customer.

    We ended up having less people come to dinner so we ask to move tables so it wouldn’t be hard on the server. It was my birthday and I will say TGI Fridays made my birthday a good experience.

    Open tables makes reserving tables so much easier even though my table wasn’t in the system. I had to show my emailed confirmation to be seated.

    We enjoyed a lovely lunch on the $9 menu. Our salmon was done perfectly, our waiter was conscientious but not annoying and we were able to get a comfortable booth.

    We had a great server who alerted us to the specials both in food a drink. Unfortunately, I got a message from Open Table that they were not notified by Fridays that we had completed our reservation. I responded that we had the receipt to prove it. Open Table gave me the credit but it would have been better if Fridays acknowledged that we had shown up for our reservation.

    Full disclosure - we are rewards members so we enjoy the free chips and salsa but what really attracted us was the Big Ribs promotion. You get a full rack with two sides for 12.99. The ribs were excellent and our server was attentive but not intrusive. We got seated immediately even though it was Friday at 7:00 pm. All in all it was a great night.

    Pretty good. Crowed and very noisy. Service a little slow. No offer on drink refills. Food a little slow coming out.
