Wow food. Wow Staff. Great expectations were totally met. The Black Cod, scallops and gnocchi were excellent. Beautiful tomato sauce for the gnocchi. Alejandro and Grace were delightful. Warning- the excellence come with a price.

Due to a large event scheduled in the main dining room, my wife and I were unexpectedly seated in the bar area. BUT... the restaurant, management and our server, Lacey made every accommodation to make our evening memorable. Alejandro, the manager, started our evening with complementary cocktails. He continued to check-in with us during the course of our dining experience to make sure that all was well. He even brought a surprise soup course for us to try! Delicious. The food was of the highest quality. We had the bolognese and pork milanese matched with glasses of wine. Great! Thank you for the great service Alejandro and Lacey! Although wonderfully prepared food is important, a restaurant experience is also defined by its service!

Have no idea why this place has so many 5 star reviews. Service was fine. Food was probably the worst I’ve had out in Atlanta. $70 plates and straight off a sysco truck.

For a 5* restaurent, the food is so under whelm. We had lamb chops with layered potatoes, brocolini n sime kind of sauce. The lamb chops were small dry even though it was supposed to be med rare. Brocolini were bitter almost like mustard green bitter. The potatoes squares were tasteless. That dish was $70. Overly expensive. My better half had 1/2 roast chicken, small n dry. Taste was ok, nothing spectacular. The appetizer was ok. Cant exactly tell what we were eating. Somekind of seafood with lots of shredded vege. Battered n fried. That was ok... the desserts were good. I had mascorpone cheese cake, my partner had somekind of salted caramel with caramel popcorn. Then since it was our anniversary they brought us 2 cupcakes as gifts. That were also good. With tips n all we spent $228 plus some change. We never knew that 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. Which has no added value to our experience. We left tips about 20%( I could b wrong) on top of the service charge. Tnk God I hv a $100 food credit fr the hotel. Its the principle of it. No one mentioned anything abt the service charge. I was told it was on the menu, I swear to God we did not see it. Place was kibdda dark n being old an all, we had to use the flash light on the phone to read the menu. I knew about it the next morning after reading some reviews of the restaurent. Service was very good though. They were attentive n friendly. We appreciated the gesture with the free cupcakes but I cant say we'll ever go back...

When we arrived, I noticed that were not many people dining, which had me wondering if I had chosen a good restaurant. Most of the patrons were at the bar or drinking at a table. We went for lunch and the menu was smaller compared to the dinner menu, which again made me wonder about our dining choice. We ordered 2 starters, a charcuterie board and a mixed fried seafood mix. Both were delicious. I ordered the Bolognese and my wife and daughter ordered the half chicken for lunch. My son and his fiancé ordered a hamburger and a gnocchi dish. All dishes were delivered hot and tasted amazing. The restaurant is definitely top tier. We enjoyed the food and service and would recommend it to everyone.

We had such a wonderful birthday experience at The Americano! The bar staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the drinks were amazing — especially the #EspressoMartinis — and the ambience was absolutely stunning. A special thank you to General Manager Gee Wilson, who went above and beyond to make sure the birthday girls felt celebrated and taken care of. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the experience feel special. We actually left to visit another spot and ended up coming back to The Americano for another round of drinks — which probably says it all! Great atmosphere, beautiful setting, excellent cocktails, and wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be back soon for Friday night dinner with jazz 🥂
