    I had tea at the atrium with my mother on a family trip to Ireland. It was super relaxing and the ambience was perfect. The staff was friendly and the selection of foods was delicious.

    Stunning setting, very comfortable way to spend an afternoon. Food was excellent. Attendant seemed distracted and generally didn’t add to what should be a very pleasant experience. I have been before and service was excellent so I would hope just caught them on bad day.

    Disappointing service and afternoon tea experience. For several years my aunt and I had enjoyed going to the Westin for afternoon tea for different occasions. We always enjoyed the experience and the food. This was our first time having afternoon tea since the hotel changed to the College Green Hotel. The service was incredibly slow, the staff did not seem to be well informed, we were only given one pot of tea each, and it was more expensive than in other years. The sweet/dessert tier was not very appetizing and was not particularly nice. The whole experience was not worth 65 euro a head. I have tried the afternoon tea experience in all of the big hotels in Dublin's city center. The Westin used to be my favorite. I have always been offered additional pots of tea and even a change of type of tea. However, based on our disappointing experience in the College Green Hotel this December we will go elsewhere in the future for afternoon tea.

    Enjoyed afternoon tea in The Atrium Lounge. The quantity and quality of food was amazing and delicious. Despite having a 'first day' server, the service was excellent. Beautiful space - curious why the hostess left the seating nearest the fireplace open all afternoon, but we had a lovely view of the decorations and fireplace and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

    We attended afternoon tea on Saturday 2nd December. The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and was warm and inviting. We were shown to our table for 4 which was beside the fire and there were beautiful decorations and a wonderful pianist to add to the ambience. I was a little disappointed to see that despite booking in August and paying a deposit and also confirming the booking by email and phone call that the table wasn't correctly set for 4 people and so we had to ask for cups to be given to us. These were then just standard white cups not matching the pretty set the other member of our party had. There also seemed to be uncertainty as to who was taking our order as we were served by 4 different people. It was also a small bit confusing as to why one menu on the table showed a festive afternoon tea and the other one didn't so we had to ask for clarification on if both were actually available. One of our party wanted to have the pearl jasmine tea which wasn't available which was a wee buy disappointing considering the cost. I do feel that the afternoon tea is quite pricy considering its 65 for standard tea and 85 for a champagne tea considering the one bottle is shared among 4 and effectively is costing 80euro!! The food was delicious and a good variety. My only complaint is that the waitress started to clear the plates before we were even finishing they took the bottom 2 tiers off each stand without actually enquiring if they could start to clear. I just felt that was a wee bit unprofessional. Was there a shortage of plates that they needed to clear up so quickly? Also I've had afternoon tea in the Westin several times including at Christmas and I was never asked to pay a deposit upfront to secure the booking, furthermore when I asked for the bill it was reflected in full and didn't show I had already paid a deposit which the waitress then had to verify downstairs which was very confusing. I hope these small issues can be addressed before our nextvisit

    Festive afternoon tea at the Atrium was a truly lovely experience. The atmosphere and setting were delightful. The scones and desserts were delicious. The sandwiches were a little underwhelming and a tad bland. The service was good but not flawless. I felt we should have been offered more tea at regular intervals. Overall I would recommend it to family and friends.

    Really liked afternoon tea here. The building is very impressive! The service was very good, the staff were attentive and very nice and the piano player added a beautiful ambiance to the place. I loved that the scones were still warm and the desserts were super tasty. I would recommend.

    The waiting staff were lovely but we only got about 3 teas as it was so difficult to catch their eye for more drinks. We were regularly sat there waiting for drinks before we could continue with food. Also our water was only refreshed once. And as we ate sandwiches and wanted to eat dessert we had to ask for clean plates. We kept having to stop our conversation to try to get attention for service. This would have made the experience 5 star to match everything else.

    Lovely high tea. Food was very good and service was very attentive. I was able to try two different teas. It is fairly pricey but a beautiful space and everything is very high quality.

    I booked the Atrium lounge for lunch/coffee, cake x 4 ppl. Afternoon Tea was pushed on us and it took several minutes to convince staff we just wanted lunch. The service was poor. Our order arrived in dribs and drabs with several items missing. As a Dubliner myself, I will be most reluctant to return or indeed recommend to others. It is not a cheap option so the least we expect is good service

    Just amazing from start to finish. The food and drink was fantastic and the staff were so attentive and friendly and couldn't have done more to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you for making my friends birthday special!

    Menu very limited. Pastrami sandwich tasteless-a bit like an old fashioned ham sandwich. Tasteless crisps the only accompaniment.No sauces mustards etc. Overpriced.

    STUNNING tea room, beautiful service & wonderful tea selection. GF menu was decent — their GF scones were well-done. Amazing & friendly staff. Would highly recommend for afternoon tea service.

    I had one of the best high tea experiences I’ve ever had. I received a warm welcome and the staff was on top of everything and repeatedly keep asking if I was ok or needed something more. The sandwiches were amazing, the tomato infused bread was my favorite. There was also chicken salad served on a croissant, egg salad and the salmon sandwich. They were all very delicious. The scones were served hot with clotted cream, butter and jam, they were soft and melted in my mouth. The desserts consisted of chocolate mousse, custard, banana tart, coconut cream pie and lemon pound cake. I tried to eat everything and I couldn’t. The ambience was charming and I felt like I was in Paris. I would definitely go back.

    Arlind is SUPER at his job ! He's engaging, through in explaining Afternoon Tea, attentive w/out being intrusive, - & fun ! Afternoon Tea food is very good. The piano is a bit loud.

    We had a great experience at the Atrium. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and the service was first class. Arlind looked after us and I highly recommend him. Also the bar man who made me a lemon drop cocktail and came back to see how I was enjoying it, which was very much. We couldn’t eat all the delicious food so a takeaway box is provided.

    Absolutely loved the selection of teas and the tower of sandwiches, scones, and sweets were incredible. The only reason my visit doesn’t merit 5 starts is because we were to have a glass of champagne with our afternoon tea and I asked for it before our teas. I then had to remind our server. A while after our teas and food arrived the server returned and said the champagne was warm so she didn’t want to serve it to me. Wonderful decision on her part and I commend her for that!!! But if afternoon tea with champagne is offered, one would think the establishment would have chilled champagne in abundance.

    Enjoyed our visit yesterday and the sandwiches/scones/desserts were delicious, however we were not invited to try several tea and only offered one selection. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to The Atrium.

    One of the best afternoon tea experiences and I've been to several major cities including London and New York to have tea there. You can try different teas, and the scones were excellent.
