   Overall very disappointing, the service was good, the portion size was good and the towels in the restrooms actually dried off my hands with one towel. However the food was poorly prepared. The chicken on my salad was over cooked rubbery and cold. My companions French fries tasted like they were cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. Her grilled chicken salad wrap was burnt on the wrap and the chicken salad had no flavor.

   The menu has no vegan options. We had been looking forward to trying the white bean burger, but our server informed us it contained egg. Ditto for the cauliflower appetizer. We ended up with stripped down salads and penne with red sauce.

   Must have been short staffed in front and in back. Drink and meals came out wrong or overcooked, and we’d go 20-25 minutes without seeing the server. Labelle has always been consistent in the past, and we know they have workforce shortages and they have had a reduced menu, so we hope their service and quality can return eventually!

   We have been coming to LaBelle for our anniversary dinner for the past few years (just celebrated 16 years) and the food, service, and atmosphere are always great. We enjoy the menu and drink selections and it’s always a guaranteed nice evening.

   From the time we walked into the facility everyone was extremely friendly. The food and service was very good although would like to see more choices for lunch. the wine tasting was great, our wine hostess Judy was fun friendly and informative.

    The venue was lovely. The food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was very very slow and our waitress and the hostess never acknowledged why everything was taking so long.

    I really enjoy eating at Labelle Winery, although this was just my second time. The food is very good. The staff is very attentive and engaging in conversation. The atmosphere is, in my opinion, excellent. Perhaps it’s COVID related but their menu is very limited in scope. If you’re a non-meat eater you will have few choices. And I can’t for the life of me understand why they haven’t invested in an espresso machine! Hint, hint, Labelle ;-). Overall a very good to excellent experience. I’ll be going back for sure. Especially once they have an espresso machine!

    We both had the tough dry duck. The staff is well mannered but slow. Those we did exchange conversation with seemed genuinely interested in us. This was my wife’s 50th birthday dinner and we were very disappointed

    My only complaint would be the winemaker burger description said nothing about having fried onions on menu,nor did the waitress when i ordered without a bun or fries to accommodate my gluten allergy, thankfully a hostess did come and ask if that was an issue and should they omit them

    I still love this restaurant but was so disappointed to find a limited menu due to reduced kitchen staff. I love the grilled cheese and bacon sa dwich with sweet potato fries, but I had to settle on BLT with plain fries...still delicious but not what I wanted at the end of a long drive. I sure hope they find more kitchen help soon. I will definitely call and ask before I reserve a table again.

    As usual, the service was outstanding. I was very disappointed to discover that the menu has been reduced to fewer options, specifically my two favorite items (poutine and fondue). Both of those are my usual "go to" choices and I don't find the menu nearly as appealing as it used to be. I hope they reconsider bringing them back and possibly expanding their menu in the future. Chicken tenders, some pasta entrees, maybe quesadillas... just some ideas! I do appreciate the wonderful bartenders and staff!

    Disappointed that the menu was so limited - which is very different than what is reflected in the online menu - consider adding addition entrees to you menu. Meals we had were very good, and service was execellent

    Love this winery, the fact that they have delicious food is just the frosting on the cake. We started with a white wine. Delicious!! My hubby got the lablt and I got the chicken salad and both were delicious!! Finished off with the chocolate lava cake which was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

    We sat outside and had excellent service. Our friends were from out of state and loved it. All the food was amazing except my English pea risotto. I love risotto and that was not risotto, it was pasty, not creamy and had no evidence of seasoning. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch. My husband and I have dined at your winery before and at an event and we loved our choices. Both of us were disappointed by the entree and I chose not to send it back with our friends present Christine Paryl

    Great food, great setting. Really nice inside, though we sat outside (plenty of seating). Wine selection was impressive, and the server was funny, friendly, and helpful. Only shortcoming was that the food took a while to reach our table (longer wait than expected).

    Atmosphere is great with incredible outdoor seating and fire pits - but the food quality/value has gone way down in the past year - and while our server was very kind - she made several drink errors on our dime. I understanding these are hard times for dining establishments - but not at this price point.

    We did the mother's day brunch and we're disappointed in the food options. We had gone the previous year and it was much better and more selected than this year. It was not worth the cost. The food was good but the options and cost made it so we will likely try something else next year.

    Took my mom here for her first time for a fun experience. We did the wine tasting and had brunch and our host Pam was great! One of the owner’s Caesar came around multiple times to make sure we had the best experience which made it a lot more personable. We will check out their Derry location next! Mom loved it!
