We weren’t allowed to order desserts because we ran over the time so we’re asked to leave our table. The table wasn’t sat together when we arrived. We were told 20mins after leaving the table that we could return as the next table hadn’t arrived. Very disappointed

I had the chicken wings and my son had a steak.. Both were delicious 😋 He also had a few pints of the forge stout which he loved 😍 Service in both bar and restaurant was fantastic, lovely friendly polite staff.... Will definitely be back. Would recommend it 👌

Always call in when I’m home in Dublin before I travel back to Cork. Can’t beat the grub and its value. Staff are always polite. Good atmosphere between them as well. See ye soon

Good beautiful, staff so helpful and polite We didn’t get to be all seated together which split the party and I was not happy about that, Our booking was for 8pm and as it was confirmation the bouncer came down and told us that the confirmation girl had to be off the premises at 10am this was disappointing as we were all only getting dessert at 9-45pm I felt we were put under a lot of pressure to abide by time, Child’s confirmation was at 6pm in Tallaght this is why we had to book an 8pm table sitting, I would recommend the black forge but would tell people of my experience

Was mine and my girlfriends top 3 restaurant experiences, best steak I’ve ever had, cheesecake was phenomenal, came to Dublin from London for my birthday and booked black forge because I’m a massive McGregor fan, and I got to hold his belt and take pics with it! 10/10
