   Amazing service, me and my mum came before watching Coldplay, we had a lovely waiter - not sure of his name but he was irish. 10/10 will definitely be returning.

   Not been here in the day time and still a good vibe. Lunch menu was good, £10 main and drink. Bill was incorrect at the end and charged us for everything individually but was corrected after it was raised. Food good but chips could have been hotter. Good service. Go for draft beer as cans over priced. Kids really enjoyed it.

   Absolutely amazing food and prices to match! The Mac cheese was sublime and the dipping gravy I got with my brisket sandwich was just Delicious. Also gotta say that the staff were lovely and gave great service… 10/10 all round

   It was my partners birthday, I must of put it on the booking but I didn’t even have to remind them, they brought him free shots, free desert and really made him feel special. Will be returning asap! The staff are incredible.

    This was or first visit to The Blues Kitchen and it didn’t disappoint. The place has been fitted out to give that New Orleans vibe and the place has a great buzz about it. Food was excellent and very well priced. However, the top marks are awarded to the staff. Friendly bar keep to start off the evening and then Janine and Aliyah(?) we’re nothing short of perfect. Both lovely people and made us very welcome and feel like valued guests. We I’ll b back and soon! Thanks again for a great night.

    Everything about the meal as fantastic. However we felt one of the servers was extremely rude. We was drinking our cocktail still and a staff member kept looking over at our table. He then came over slammed the bill down before we even asked and said he had some people coming to our table, heres ur receipt and to pay as soon as we can. We looked up and still had 20 mins left of our table booking. Another server came a minute later and wanted us to pay there and then. He was a better guy and did apologise for the rudeness of another member of staff said that we could take our drinks to the bar and to not rush.

    Came here my Mum's birthday. I didn't catch our servers name, she had winged eyeliner, service was excpetional. Family took advantage of the bottomless option, great value overallz would always recommend to anyone in the city.

    Food was fantastic but service for the bottomless drinks was really slow, there was one period where we went about 30min without a drink, which isn’t ideal when you’re paying for 90mins of bottomless. What then made less sense was the server apologised for the slow service but didn’t do anything about it?

    Great food and service. Music was so loud we were having to shout across the table which means other tables also have to shout. Overall far too loud at dinner. We were there prior to concert upstairs so noise doesn't bother us however trying to eat and chat with friends was impossible.

    Took a visitor to Manchester to the Blues Kitchen. As always, they were very impressed by the decor and service. unfortunately, we could not stay for the second set and did not see the first as we were in a side room for our meal (which was good). Being is a side room could also have been good except for the fact that the sound quality was too loud to talk and too poor to hear the vocalist. If fact it was better in the toilet.

    I booked a table for 8, but although we had 2 people missing on the day, they were unable to seat us together, instead opting to allocate us to 2 tables of four, separated by an aisle. We were advised that the bigger table had been given to a PR group who had booked at short notice. My booking had been made 2 weeks earlier! On complaining that this wasn't acceptable, they did re-allocate us to a cosy, but acceptable table for 6. The food was great and all aspects of the service were fine after the initial table issue. I love the taco shrimp salad and couldn't resist having that again. The ambience is special in Blues Kitchen and the place always has a great buzz. My group all thanked me for bringing them to the restaurant and I have now become social secretary. Happy with that tag to be fair.

    The service was very good and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately the food was average, overpriced and poorly presented. The music was loud but muddy so it was impossible to hear what was actually playing. Cocktails were also small and expensive.

    Great place to eat great food and drink and listen to great music. Customer service was spot on, very laid back place, food was very tasty though certain portion sizes were small for the money. Fab cocktails, and the place is beautiful with all the gorgeous details of the interior the tiles and and amazing glass windows on the ceiling. Would have given 5 stars but 3 X's we specifically asked for single shots and were given and charged for doubles... Not good if you are driving or want to limit your booze. Didn't know they were doubles because the glass was filled to top with tonic... Only after seeing the bill! Other than that this place is brilliant and we will be heading back soon!

    There's a reason why this place has been packed out every time I've been here. The Blues Kitchen brings something special to Manchester. From great food, great service, friendly staff, quirky surroundings, great live music downstairs and sometimes upstairs in the music hall, this place has it all. I can't wait to go back.
