The staff are terrific and the service was excellent. The venue is let down by the excessive noise - not just from the M1, from the water feature as well as the TVs. The menu is limited & hasn't been changed for a while. The worst impact is the ibis. The 'we're dealing with them' sign was in the bar last time. There are solutions! They've not been taken. They are not simply unattractive, they're unhygienic & staff should not still have to be apologising for them. Taser them or laser them! Simple!
