Service was excellent. Food came out quickly and was exactly as ordered (I can be pretty picky about the crunchiness of my bacon). Love that they expanded the patio seating area!

The Brick still feels like a new restaurant that is working out some of the kinks. Our wait staff wasn't very familiar with the alcohol menu, and the potato and chorizo appetizer was a bit disappointing. (The country-style potatoes themselves were wonderfully cooked—slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle—but there simply weren't enough toppings, and there was no dipping sauce.) That said, my fettuccine Alfredo was truly the best Alfredo I've ever had at a restaurant. It was rich and buttery without being as heavy and overwhelmingly creamy as Alfredo often is, and I would absolutely come back for it. The bathrooms were clean, and when the weather is nice, I'd like to return and sit on the patio. The Brick didn't exactly blow my socks off, but there was enough here to make me want to give it another try. I'm curious to see how the restaurant develops as it gets more established.

Went for brunch. It was so noisy we couldn't hear across the table. My Eggs Benedict eggs were cooked HARD, so inedible. The kitchen was busy so I didn't bother returning them, but no one came to check anyway. Other food on the table looked good.
