Our Restaurant is one of the most idyllic places to eat in Bushmills, offering all-day dining and serving the finest dishes using seasonal and locally-sourced produce in an elegant, atmospheric and relaxed setting. Our emphasis is on quietly unobtrusive, yet attentive service. We offer a sophisticated yet informal environment, showcasing our rich history and heritage in the setting of the original 17th century stables and wine cellar, contrasted by intimate snugs with whitewashed walls and warm mellow brick timbers.

As I am a vegetarian I found the set menu very limited, with only one choice in the starter and main meal. The starter although tasty had too much goats cheese in proportion to the tartlet base and the Aubergine Curry just wasn’t great. The good news is that my husband not a vegetarian really enjoyed his meal throughout.

We returned to stay at the Bushmills Inn for our wedding anniversary. We booked dinner in the hotel on the Saturday night of our stay. Everything was wonderful, the food, service and wine was first class. After dining we retired to the bar with a Guiness and relaxed with live music and peat fires, bliss. We had the best weekend and cannot wait to visit again, the food and service really was excellent.

It's hard to find a restaurant with good quality food. The Bushmills Inn offers excellent quality food that is cooked to perfection. The customer service staff are exceptional.

Beautiful venue and great staff. Reduced star rating for food as I made it clear that I was Coeliac however my main was delivered with gluten. Luckily I noticed it on time.

We had the all-inclusive dinner on the Sunday evening. We had the Guinness and Onion soup which was very good, but the portion would have been more suitable for a lunch rather than part of a three course dinner. The pork belly was fine and the side orders were good. The desserts weren’t terribly inspiring and were all quite stodgy as part of a three course dinner. In a short phrase - could do better. The local staff were both friendly and helpful.

Good meal at Bushmills Inn. We are regulars. I had the sea bass and my wife had the vegan curry. Both v good. Gareth looked after us very well, particularly finding out about the vegan options. Mark took our order in his usual friendly but professional way.

We love the Bushmills Inn - accommodation, food - everything, really! Lovely Sunday lunch, where we could connect with family members over a delicious meal, which was served by courteous and friendly staff. As always, when Bushmills Inn is involved, it was a lovely day out!

Delicious lunch. Service was excellent even during a busy day as we visited during the Salmon & Whisky festival. Brought friends & family from abroad on previous occasions. Never fail to deliver delicious food in a very warm & friendly environment. We cannot wait to come back. 👏

Just keeps getting better. Atmosphere great, staff welcoming and the food was outstanding. Prawn risotto starter and lamb main course were both exceptional Could not find fault and on top of that the portions were generous, leaving no room for dessert sadly !! Several visits lately and never fails to justify the cost (slightly more expensive than some others in the area but streets ahead for quality produce, preparation and presentation) Highly recommend. Big thanks to the chefs, 5* dining

Glad we went ! ....... last minute booking for lunch to fill in a very wet day. Very pleasant service from staff, nice surroundings, reasonable choice on menu, and excellent standard of food. Really enjoyed, would recommend and will go again, possibly for evening dinner next time.

We had the Sunday Carvery. This comprises a choice of trio meats from Pork Turkey Ham and Beef with a Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings. Food was excellent and abundant. what makes the restaurant is the friendly attentive staff. Recommended!!

Ate here Saturday 23rd September was our first visit but definitely not our last. The food was delicious service outstanding and lovely surroundings. Mains of chicken and steak with bacon and cabbage and chips were absolutely delicious. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit thanks to all the staff

My husband and I are regular clientele and feel like we’re friends of the staff. We are always made extremely welcome and enjoy the experience of every visit. The food is amazing and every effort is made to accommodate my husband’s dietary requirements. We have been regular guests for 25 plus years and will freely admit it is our favourite venue - the downside is nowhere else is up to snuff.
