   Basic menu. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t delicious. There was about nine birthdays on and the Happy Birthday song was played very loud for 5s a number of times

   Very rushed this time. After 1 hour we were asked to free up the table for next booking. That wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also it was very busy and the music was blaring down initially until we asked staff to turn it down. When clearing the tables, the waitress spilled half the food down our clothes without even so much as an I am sorry. Food was great though.

    The Clink is a lovely lively restaurant with a great selection of dishes. The staff were very nice and attentive and no long waiting between courses. Very happy with the experience!

    Enjoyed a lovely family breakfast. Food was excellent and served fresh. Service also excellent. We were sitting under a Speaker which had some loud Music playing. However when we mentioned this to the waitress she immediately reduced the volume.

    We love the food but particularly think the staff are great and they make us want to return. The music wasn't to my taste and definitely not putting anyone in a christmas mood when we got there which it thought a shame on christmas eve but was rectified without asking and the meal ended up perfect. As always the staff were excellent friendly and added to the experience.

    Food very very overpriced & not of the standard to reflect price . Wine was bitter & at €9 glass way overpriced. Cheapest bottle wine €32 crazy price . Food was more pub lunch ,not evening dining! Service was very good /attentive/polite . Overall very disappointing food and music was very loud .

    It is a nice venue sometimes the music is too loud and it is difficult for diners to have a conversation In general the food wasn’t bad but the service could have been better I have had good experiences there before so I don’t want to seem too negative

    Greeted by a very rude lady, escorted to a pre booked table for 8 people and left waiting 15 minutes to order drinks. Asked if we could order food and drink together and was told no. Very Poor service. Cocktails were not drinkable, we complained and asked for a change in drink and was told 'thats how it is meant to be'. The food itself was fabulous but wouldn't recommend and we were waiting 30 minutes to pay our bill!

    We booked our table through open table and despite confirming by email and sms there was no table ready for us!! The server pulled tables together for us and seated us. Our drinks order was taken and this took 15 minutes to arrive even though there was only one other table in use in the whole restaurant. Our server was a lovely friendly worker but unfortunately very obviously had no training. My steak was ordered med rare and arrived on a szilling board still cooking!! I had to take it off the szilling plate and hold it up with my fork to stop it cooking on even more. Eventually the server brought me a plate and I enjoyed my meal but my steak was medium not medium rare. Over all its not bad but please train your staff.

    Love the Clink however food was much better pre covid. The place looked a little but run down since I was last there (2 years ago). Staff are fantastic - so nice and helpful. Not much options for vegan or vegetarians especially the dessert menu - no vegan options at all for dessert. Ice cream was out of a machine (like the one you get in a 99 cone).

    Love dining here. Food is fantastic and the staff are very attentive, warm and welcoming. Only thing I would recommend is that the music is a bit too loud and could be turned down a bit . It was hard to have a conversation at the table. Other than that I was very pleased with our evening and will definitely come here again.
