They were short staffed and under pressure when we arrived but the waitress from letchworth dealt with this very well - the food arrived before our drinks however the food was very delicious- the wine was good - the bell that was constantly ringing from the kitchen was really annoying and should be stopped surely there is a better way to alert the staff

Overall Driftwood is a wonderful dining experience and perfect for any occassion, be it a casual bite to eat or for a special occassion. We got a variety of dishes to share, namely, the Beef Tacos, the chicken wings, halloumi fries, sweet potato fries and regular fries and everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very busy but that didn't seem to phase the staff and our food arrived in a timely fashion. The staff are very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Driftwood is fast becoming our favourite place to eat.

What a lovely spot! This modest place thinks of every amenity, incredible shower, comfy bed, very quiet, kind service. Both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious. Bravo, Driftwood!

Another fantastic meal. Lamb tangine, grilled tuna steak and grilled pesto chicken were all fab. And the Cookie Dough Skillet was out this world. We're not always tempted by desserts but the Driftwood always has something that strikes our fancy.
