The service was good, restaurant was comfortable. Food tasted very good but it was served warm only not hot. My friends did not have the same complaint they enjoyed theirs & it was served hot.

We went for a pre concert meal in the Gibson on Sunday night. We were so disappointed from start to finish unfortunately. The security on the door firstly was very rude and I essentially told us that we couldn’t get in until we told him we had a booking that I had made ages ago. Service was very slow, the food was overpriced for what we got and we felt very rushed even though it took over twenty minutes to take our orders. I was so disappointed that we had paid so much to get such poor service. We would travel elsewhere in future which is a shame because it is so convenient for the 3Arena.

Disappointing we chose the venue due to its proximity to the 3 arena but were very underwhelmed…… the food was okay but the maitre d was very rude and the wait staff were only alright nothing memorable

A very busy night as there was a gig on in the 3 Arena. Overall it is an easy meal, though some improvements to be made on the food choice.

Service was excellent and very friendly helpful staff. Burgers were a little overdone and chips tasted like reheats. We didn’t send them back as we were stuck for time going to a gig in 3arena. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

Food was good I had the burger couldn't fault it to be fair. Bit pricey though, 24 euro but chips really nice. Had a cocktail which was 14.

Soup starter was tepid main course chicken was reheated and vegetables were cold, apple pie was straight from a fridge and cold, little or no atmosphere and the music didn't suit a restaurant, definitely wouldn't go back

Lovely experience dining at the Gibson before a gig at the three arena. Service was a little slow to start but a very busy evening, great atmosphere and buzz around the place and wait staff very friendly. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Ideal location for the three arena, would definitely go back!

Table we were sitting at was not very comfortable. Table was quite low compared to the seats plus the seats were not one bit comfortable they were chairs from you conference room . Food wasn't the hottest and wrong wine was brought down to my wife

Dealt with 4 different members of staff so there's no one specifically looking after your table. When your food comes half the plate is empty and no one's checking in with you after you start eating. On the other hand, it's so handy for the 3 arena gigs.

I was with my sister but going through chemo and they didn't have a dressing for the salad that wouldn't upset my stomach. So please look at this please. It great place and lovely atmosphere but they should be able to accommodate dietary requirements

Great evening before a show in the 3 Arena. Super service even though most of our party was delayed in traffic and they could have used our table for other diners. Food choice was reasonable and the mains we ordered (Chicken and Burger) were super tasty.

I booked to eat here before Michael McIntyre with my partner and mother in law. My partner ordered the goats cheese salad and having tasted it I had to agree that for 12 euro it was extremely overpriced. This restaurant was packed and is extremely handy for the 3Arena which suited my mother in law but I wouldn’t be in a rush back and felt it was overpriced. A burger and small portion of Chips with no side or salad was 22 euro.

I arrived at 7 and did not get a drink or food till 7:45. After I voiced my concern with the delay of service, I was not given the respect of a patron in the restaurant. I had to go up to the hostess desk to pay.

I booked what I thought was the First Dates Restaurant as that was what was listed on website. Only to end up in a Bar area and no proper restaurant format. Fine print was underneath booking option so I didn't see that the restaurant booked only opens on certain nights. Menu was cheaper but not the same with less options. Table not even set up. Had been there for special occasion. Will not recommend or return, which is shame as this venue should be clearer with what they are supplying and when.

Service wasn’t great, being told here is your bill when you haven’t received your desert or drinks you have ordered. Starter plates left on the table and not taken away when having the mains. Food not worth the price whatsoever. Underwhelming experience all round

The food was excellent. We loved our meal even if we would have liked a bigger selection. We found it funny that the menu for drinks/cocktails was really big but the dinner menu could fit on a single page :-) The restaurant is located across the road from 3Arena and from the parking lot, so it was very convenient. Overall, we are strongly recommending the Gibson Restaurant! Thank you!
