    We scheduled late lunch and appreciated quick attention from waitstaff and swift delivery of delicious appetizers to enjoy while deciding on our meals. Entrees arrived in perfect time, beautifully plated and delicious. We enjoyed conversation with our delightful server (who said he is from Jamaica) and we count the entire experience as a memorable end-of-summer meal.

    The service was terrific! Our waitress, Isabella, is a super star! The food, as always, is great. I only gave a four star review because in our reservation we requested specific seating and, although there were many tables open where we wanted to sit - and none were reserved - we were denied being able to sit where we had requested. The restaurant was not busy at all so it was rather annoying that they would not honor our reservation request. We have eaten at this restaurant MANY times and this was the first time the hostess denied us.

    As always, absolutely fabulous! Well done with the truffle oil mushroom soup! Bring back the prime rib sandwich please.

    Sat outside on the patio on a beautiful sunny day looking at the sail boats coming up Otsego lake. Stunning view. Excellent food and top shelf service.

    We have been enjoying meals here for more than 20 years. Whether we are enjoying a lunch on the patio or dinner in the dining room we are never disappointed.

    As always, the Otesaga is the only place to be in Cooperstown. I do wish that they would bring back the prime rib sandwich with the horseradish spread. It was my favorite and I always used to get it.

    Great ambiance while enjoying a drink and lake views on the veranda while using the rocking chairs. Dining outdoors on the patio while the temperature was most comfortable to once again the entrees while experiencing the serene surroundings of natural beauty. Service was excellent and the food delicious.

    Best place to eat and enjoy the beautiful lake. The food , cocktails, service are excellent. We drive from an hour away to enjoy the Hawkeye Bar& Grill. It is one of our favorite spots.
