    Although the food was delicious, I made my booking 4 days in advance and was put in the basement alone. There was a terrible ambiance and the waitress forgot about us down there. I feel if you book a table you should get a good seat.

    The portions are huge and is real value for money given the price. I saw some people get leftover boxes because they couldn’t finish their meals. The service was very attentive and were quick to provide drinks, water etc. Highly reccomend.

    We had the most amazing food here a couple of nights ago. It was amazing to have so many gluten free and vegetarian options that tasted so good. I had the jackfruit tacos and they blew my mind. The service was fantastic too, both servers were friendly and made me feel confident that they knew about cross contamination for myself. As a diner with coeliac disease, this was golden and meant I could relax and enjoy the delicious food in a great atmosphere.

    We booked for a Sunday lunch like 3 hours before. Once we got there the restaurant was closed. Nobody advised us, such a disappointement

    Valentines Night - expectedly busy. However, the wait times were not too far north of what we had experienced here previously. The food is worth the wait, fantastic as always.

    We waited an hour for our food and 3 tables who arrived before us got their food before us. Service wasn’t great, had to ask different servers multiple times for drinks forgotten about. Food was unremarkable when it arrived, chimichanga kinda looked like it was kinda just thrown on the plate and wasn’t overly hot. Also we were both extremely thirsty all evening as it was very salty.

    Was a horrible experience. Took half hour to just get drinks. An hour to get food and they never even brought out the starter. Food was bland and whole place needs a face-lift!

    Waiting well over an hour for food all in all, nearly 20 mins to get our order taken, order was wrong, people coming in after us were getting sorted out before us. Food was nice which was the only bright spot. Seemed understaffed and staff were nice but the wait times and wrong order really ruined the experience for me and my guest. Will not be returning.

    Took two hours and multiple asks if we could order before we got our food. When it came out, one of the meals was missing. Someone in my group asked for chicken as their protein and was told that they were out of chicken, yet when we ordered my kid a quesadilla, it had chicken on it. Nachos were made with flour tortillas instead of standard corn, and the salsas were laughable (granted, we’re from Southern California and are spoiled by good salsas here). I will say that the guacamole was pretty good, and my enchiladas weren’t terrible.

    Food was delicious. Really authentic and so filling. Highly recommend the beef tacos. We also ordered chicken tacos and grande nachos, which were also very good. Staff were friendly and although they were very busy, on account of it being New Year’s Eve, they checked if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

    Totally unexpected! When you walk through the door the vibe is energetic and busy. But loved the whole feel of the restaurant! The wait for drinks took a bit but the food was delicious and the portions generous! Definitely be back!

    Waited 30 mins for our drinks. 90 mins before the food showed up. They mixed up the spices in our burritos so I got the hot one and my son had the mild one. They were overwhelmed for some reason- they should not have taken my last minute booking on Open Table.

    Food was excellent. However the service was shocking. Waiting over an hour for our drinks (never mind food) and also had to ask to get water 6 times. Extremely slow service and place is far too over crowded. I can’t imagine this is in line with maximum capicity limits but food is excellent.

    Food was nice and good value but the service was so slow. It took an hour just to get drinks, and nearly 2 hours for food. It was a very busy evening as it was so close to Christmas but there was not enough staff. All of the servers were very busy, so it can only be put down to poor management. Some dishes arrived cold and when we asked to have them heated up it was very clear they were put in the microwave, and one of our dishes never arrived.

    Wildly understaffed and overbooked. Took the guts of a half hour to get our drinks and then around 2 hours to get food. Tables began to walk out. Ive seen similar reviews, you need more staff.

    Had a booking for 7:30 last Saturday. When we arrived at 7:30 we were told to wait outside in the cold as there was a 5 min delay with the table. 30 mins past and I came in to enquire about the table as was met with “did I not tell you to wait outside” which was very rude. We were seated then at around 8pm. We immediately ordered drinks and food. 45 mins later our drinks arrived. At this point I enquired about our food 10 mins later I was told it was on the way. So I enquired again after 10 minutes. The food eventually came and was nice but the service overall was terrible there wasn’t a table I could see that didn’t have a delay or a problem. They seemed to overbook the restaurant and couldn’t cope.

    Had a table booked for 7pm on Saturday evening and ordered our food by 7.10. We didn't receive our drinks until 7.50 and our food until 8.05 which was a bit frustrating but I didn't really mind seeing as how busy the restaurant is and how understaffed they appear to be. We had just finished eating at around 8.20 or so and still had drinks left that we were enjoying, when the waitress approached our table and asked if we required anything else. We thought that this was just a check-in that most waitresses do during a meal, and we said that we were fine. Then she brings over the card machine to pay the bill and explains that our table is booked for 8.30 and she needs us to leave cause the other table have arrived. We explained that even though we didn't require anything else we still had drinks left that we wanted to finish and that we only received our food around 20 mins prior after around an hour of waiting. The waitress then said that we had been seated at the table for 1 hour 20 minutes and that the maxinum most people are there for is 1 hour 30 mins. This would have been a valid argument of we had promptly received our food and drink however we'd only finished eating at that point after an hour of waiting for the food. We decided to finish our drinks and we were hurried along by the waitress numerous times. While I understand that this is out of her control it is certainly not a way to keep customers. The restaurant is clearly overbooked with the downstairs part overflowing with tables that it's near impossible to squeeze through. My advice to the restaurant would be to either stop allowing walk ins so that bookings can be managed or have food served relatively quickly to a table if you're enforcing time limits on reservations. The food is incredible here with massive portions however it's a pity to say that I won't be returning back in a hurry.

    Saturday evening booking, it was hectic. Took awhile to place our order however we really enjoyed the food and drinks. People at the next table were complaining alot but overall we enjoyed the meal. Would eat here again at a quieter time. Staff were pleasant eventhough they were under pressure and seemed overwhelmed

    Very understaffed, felt sorry for those that were trying to manage the floor. Waited over 1 hour for food which then came out and looked as though it had been sitting under the pass for a long time. Food lacked flavour. Drinks were good but again took 30 mins each time we asked. No water brought to the table upon seating, it was eventually delivered 10 mins before we left after we asked twice.

    Lovely place but terrible service. Our food arrived before we got any of our drinks. Then our plates weren't cleared and left sitting in front of us for half an hour while we waited for our drinks. Such a pity because the food is great and the music is brilliant.

    A small student type cool restaurant packed with groups of students and a queue outside which we were asked to stand with, as our table wasn’t ready and no one came to look for us or took our name so I’m not sure an actual reservation is warranted but it’s busy. Perfect for young groups. The food was nice. The cocktails were lovely but really slow to be brought out

    Took us over an hour and half to get our food. It was like they had forgotten they had like 30 people dining in the basement. The tables around us were also visibly irritated. Food is good though.

    I would not recommend the hungry Mexican. The restaurant was filthy with fruit flies everywhere and I have never seen dirtier bathrooms. A burrito arrived cold to the table, was sent back and, after 20mins, the same burrito was presented after being squashed and heated up again. When brought to the attention of the staff they took it away and didn't offer anything alternative.

    I do not write reviews however after visiting the hungry Mexican I felt I had to . It’s terrible . The food was re-heated / microwaved. The chicken tacos were terrible . Extremely dirty restaturant with flies everywhere . I would never visit again

    The food was delicious (as always) but unfortunately our group of 4 were starving by the time it arrived, 45mins after we ordered. We had a gig to go to so it was a bit panicked. I truly wish the staff appeared a little bit more interested as honestly it felt like we were bothering them when we wanted a drink or asked about our food. This place could be so much better.
