   Had one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My boyfriend loved it, so pleased I chose to go here for his 20th birthday. Everything was so worth the price and would definitely go again. The duck was incredible and the way it was presented was beautiful. As a young couple we didn’t feel like we were out of place, the waiters and waitresses made us feel super welcome too which was lovely. Thank you for such an enjoyable time.

   First time I’ve been to Asia ivy as frequently visit the ivy next door. Everything about this visit was lovely from the decor, friendliness and knowledge from staff and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The only downside I would highlight is that the tables are very close together but luckily I was on a corner table.

   Wonderful ambience, decor stunning, service exemplary, doorman great, service excellent… the only negative is that dining as a vegetarian there are not enough options compared with the meat and fish options.

    First impressions we arrived at 8.10 pm for an 8.15 booking it was 8.38 before we sat at the table. The check-in area was quite congested with booked diners not getting their allocated table on time. Putting the reception ladies under undue stress. The waitress service was very poor (our previous visit was also abysmal service). It was almost 45 minutes before we received our wine and drinks order. If the 2.5-hour table time had been enforced we would not have finished our meal. We checked out around 11.20. The food was excellent our problem was service. We appreciate staffing problems the number of diners should be restricted to ensure service is maintained. Music should also be at a different level for dining.

    An amazing evening out! We had the 4 person tasting menu and it was incredible. Perfect amount of food and each dish was as delicious and eye-catching as the last. The decor in the restaurant is so impressive. A perfect place for a special occasion!

    We had a lovely time dining at The Ivy Asia. We were very impressed with the Sashimi we had to start, and the special rice with Duck, Lobster and Lychee. However, we did not think that the service matched up to the prices on the menu. The staff were not very attentive, or friendly - in fact quite rude on multiple occasions. Regardless of this we had a lovely time and we would recommend for a special occasion!

    A Very enjoyable experience and special occasion restaurant. High quality food and beautiful decor, along with great service. The noise lever was high, so would have preferred a little quieter, and we were seated upstairs, which should have been specified on booking, since it was our 1st visit and the main restaurant was down stairs

    (Booked for a family meal with my two teenage daughters) Liked: The food was superb, and we particularly enjoyed the presentation. The Desert platter is a must! Didn’t like: I had asked, on the booking, if we could have the ‘Sharing Experience’ menu for 3 people (it’s advertised for 4, at ~£60 per head). I was informed, on being seated at the bar, that this was quite likely. When I asked the waiter for the same, he said we could have this, but would have to pay for 4 people. I explained there was only the three of us and he repeated the same statement, then rather abruptly said he’d check with the manager. The manager offered the same ‘advice’ - Rather pointless as it says on the menu you can purchase for 4. I was obviously asking if they could make an exception and provide for 3. It should have been a yes or no answer. The next suggestion was even more laughable - They could build the same menu for 3, from the a la carte menu. Came in at roughly the same price (ordering 1 of each item on the sharing menu), maybe £15 in it. Still an additional ~£40 to £50 over the price I had hoped to pay for 3. We were really hoping to sample a little of everything! I appreciate it would have been a little more work in portioning. But surely not impossible. We went with the regular menu. I asked the waiter for a couple of the sharing plates while we chose our starters and mains. His respond was ‘it’s better if you order all courses now’! Better for who? Certainly not me, as I hadn’t decided and wanted to have nibbles and a drink. He pushed the point and we (rather stupidly) rushed to order. I’m sure the only person that was ‘better’ for was him. I asked if he could possibly locate the drinks order we’d made at the bar around 20 minutes ago (whilst waiting for our table). His response ‘I’m busy doing this at the moment. I’ll get to that in a minute’ (in a rather unpleasant tone of voice). Nice work! As I said, can’t fault the food, but our waiter was awful!

    Fab decor and amazing floor . Great vibe and our waitress to start with was lovely . Fab cocktail Thai green curry ! Then that’s it !!!!! Noisy . Portions I know are to share but tiny ! The salad at £10 I ate in 3 mouthfuls it was just green and had sesame seeds on ! The tempura prawns were just prawns in batter and fried not !! Tempura a light batter that just covers the prawn and lightly fried ! The prawn curry was fine but needed seasoning and the edamame was cold and tiny ! Rushed so much . 45 mins start to finish Great place for a cocktail forget anything else

    We had a lovely time at the Ivy Asia on New Year's Eve. The guests were very cheery and friendly and the staff very attentive and well organised. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Great early new years eve meal. Food presentation was amazing and loved the look of the restaurant. The only two things that could be improved is attention from the waitress, as we had long breaks between orders and our seats by the bar were facing back on to the service door.

    The restaurant is stunning with incredible attention to detail. It has an intimate feel. I think the sharing menus for groups of 4 or 6 are the highlight as they add element of creativity and fun. However if you are dinning for two, the presentation and flavours of some of the main dishes do not warrant the hype or the price. The duck was bland and not crispy, the curry had nothing special about it and the rice was undercooked. Service is polite. But a few basic things- We had to ask for our plates to be charged a couple of times as you can’t eat duck pancakes on a dish with curry left on it. Nor is it easy to eat curry from a flat plate. It should be served in a bowl. Bottom line, great for a special occasion with friends and your insta will appreciate it more than your wallet.
