   Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Ivy Brasserie. The roof top bar was lovely and our meal was exceptional. We had the vegetarian option which was full of flavour and delicious. The food is very good value. The staff were very professional, friendly and made our visit a wonderful experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending a visit to this lovely place.

   Really enjoyed our first visit to the brassiere at the Ivy…our waiter was very attentive and was excellent at recommending dishes to try. Really appreciate the food not being ‘messed about’ with…just keeping it simple and doing really well at it! We will definitely be back!

   A Wednesday mid afternoon was very busy & bustling (The Ivy Manchester). Lots of attentive staff, service from the whole team was excellent, smiley, chatty. Food was delicious. The 2 course fixed price menu was good value. Had mentioned on booking, a friends birthday and were surprised with a very delicious giant chocolate profiterole with a candle. Nice touch team! Only negative was all underseat plug points weren't working in the rooftop bar (needed a phone charge boost to make an important call) but no working plug points up there. They did apologise. Will definitely return.

    When booking through OpenTable was told £80.85, but was not honoured at restaurant and charged full price. Poor customer service. Was asked to put glasses on ledge behind us as wasn’t enough space on the table. Afternoon tea stand was wobbly and was told it would be fine when asked if we could be given something more sturdy. Not a great experience, but food was lovely

    Was disappointed with service being really slow. Restaurant was busy but we felt our table was last every time! Disappointed with kid’s burger coming with nothing but bread and meat and when asked staff for some cheese to eat with it we were told it was coming but only 15min later we were served with fresh burger and fries which is great but all the table had then eaten their meal except for the kids meal which we had to take away in order to not waste it. Would we have been explained this from the start we would have probably not asked for it. The music level was also high making it hard to have a conversation. Overall loved the ambiance and decoration but service level let it down. Will probably not come back

    Lovely setting but very busy and slightly too overcrowded for it to have a nice ambience. Staff were very attentive. Food and drink both quite overpriced for the quality. Dry, almost inedible truffle arancini was disappointing as we were really looking forward to it and I usually love an expresso martini but couldn't drink it as the balance wasn't there. The cod was lovely but it came with one tiny bit of tenderstem which I'd have ordered more of had I know how insignificant it would be. Probably won't return in a hurry but could be lovely with a few adjustments.

    Very nice brunch at The Ivy Brasserie Spinningfields Manchester. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the eggs royal brunch special. Both were very nice the batter was very light but very tasty. Always served with a smile and the staff are very attentive.

    Had afternoon tea here for a significant birthday. I've had the afternoon tea here previously a few years ago, but the standard has sadly deteriorated. Felt too busy and we were made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience. Having booked a 3pm slot, we were made to wait 20 minutes with no apology. Server didn't know the different types of infusions on offer. When asked about the different coffees on offer he replied "all of them". So I just asked for a latte, which arrived cold. Sandwiches were nice, but cakes and scones were average. When I came for afternoon tea previously, different items were brought out at different times with a bit of explanation. However, everything was brought out all at once and we were just ignored after that point. Had a voucher gifted to me as a birthday present, otherwise I would have refused to pay.

    First time at this Ivy for me as I moved to Bristol nearly 30 years ago. We were a little early and were ushered to the roof bar for drinks. The next table were vaping which we didn’t really appreciate but we ordered our drinks, non alcoholic cocktails as I had to drive. Took the drinks down to the ground floor when our table was ready. There were 5 of us and the booth type table was way too small to be honest. Should seat 3 comfortably and four if necessary. It wasn’t that bad and we coped. Food was good. Bread, courgettes with the sauce (always on the Ivy menu). I had squid which I enjoyed, my wife had the burrata cheese which was average. Then we had the monkfish curry which was Ok. Skipped pudding but the waiter brought my daughter a chocolate celebration eclair as we were celebrating her finishing first year at Manchester Uni, a nice touch. Got to say for the money I find the atmosphere at the Ivy in Clifton, Bristol, more of a sophisticated treat. But I guess all restaurants are different.

    The music was so loud I struggled to hear my husband talk. It felt more like a nightclub. I haven’t experienced this in any of your restaurants in London. We therefore left after our main course as it was no longer enjoyable. Food and service was good.

    Always a great experience coming to The Ivy at Spinning fields. Gorgeous surroundings and food, and exceptional service. We can highly recommend the Rum Baba for dessert, but make sure you have room because it's huge! But absolutely delicious. I would say that the bill can quite easily run away from you if you're ordering water for the table and drinks, but it's a real treat for us to come here.

    Overall good , however our afternoon tea stand was taken away very soon and the plates just placed on the table instead, I felt like this took away some of the novelty. Also we asked to have water instead of tea and coffee and we were given a bottle and were charged for this, we just asked for a glass each.

    Lovely ambience, beautiful surroundings. Staff were excellent and the young lady who looked after us, I think she was called Summer was spot on… didn’t miss a beat, very attentive and we didn’t have to ask for anything . Big thanks to the bar staff for making us all marmalade martinis that’s were not on the menu ( I think you should add them) They were sooooo nice. Overall a lovely morning it made my birthday and we are already planning our return visit. Thank you x
