   We were disappointed to have booked the “all day set menu” at 27.95 Euros, to then be told once we were seated at our table, that this was not available on a Bank Holiday (We were from the UK and not aware that it was an Irish Bank Holiday!) Why would it let us book this, if it wasn’t available? (The booking confirmation included total cost of €55 for two people.) We still had a really nice dining experience, the place is lovely, but we ended up paying a lot more than expected :(

   We had a lovely night. There was a lovely atmosphere. Our waiter was excellent. There’s a nice choice of food and the wine list is good. The restrooms are stunning. We will be back for sure.

    The setting is lovely and the cocktails were great, the food was average though and the service wasn’t what you would expect to be, we arrived early for our table so sat at the bar for drinks, our table was 30 mins late and only when we asked about it it was ready. Again had to wait a while for all the drinks to arrive when seated.

    Friday lunchtime, we were informed that our usual set menu lunch was unavailable due to it being ' The Weekend...' Female staff aggressively tried to remove our starter and chessboard before we had finished. They were also notably grumpy and careless when serving our food. We felt harried and harassed throughout our meal despite paying a bill of 180 euros for lunch for two. Deeply unpleasant experience due to the extremely rude and ill trained service staff.

    We had a really good experience in The Ivy. Service was not rushed and the food was good quality and well presented. What's nice is the combination of diners, some celibrating some a deux some just in from work . It makes for a buzzy bright atmosphere in lovely surroundings.

    Ivy is a very nice and moderate place. The staff is really professional and welcoming. The selected meals were really delicious. The restaurant is a bit pricy but if you look at the menu online you can prepare for it. Steak and truffle parmesan chips are absolutely recommended.

    An amazing place to celebrate any event. Had a table of 11 people which was taken care of wonderfully by the staff. The food was delicious, the wine exquisite. Great atmosphere and decore.

    Service very slow waited approx 20 to 25 mins to take our order and then only after we managed to get someone's attention. Ordered food and two cocktails. We had our starters but the cocktails had not arrived and again we had to call someone over. The waiter checked and the order had not been put in. He did apologise and gave us the drinks on the house. Service very slow and was quite surprised as expected higher standard.

    Lovely lunch but our table was located by the window. It was one of the sunniest days and the blinds could not be pulled down so due to overheating we had to cut our lunch short and left without dessert. A poor design fault.

    Hi, we had a table for 7 for a family birthday. It was very squashed, no air conditioning and extremely noisy. Table Service was excellent, apart from long delay for desert to arrive. Your welcome host, David was super. In terms of value for money, it was very expensive and having spent just under €600 if was a sting to see we were charged for two tiny bowls of nuts and olives. These are quick wins for you to not milk the money side. Very expensive lunch for quality of food. In time, this will damage your brand. Risotto was on a plate and very small portion for the price. No vegetarian option for children which is disappointing. Love the atmosphere and ambiance. Few tweaks in menu pricing to improve overall experience and it would be great.

    Super restaurant with a fantastic ambience. We asked for a quiet table and the "host" at the door went to some trouble to get us an end-of-row table. So much appreciated. The place was buzzing, being Sunday midday and the food was the usual superb fare. Experience suggests neither the food or the service will let you down here. They make lovely cocktails too!
