   loved the whole experience for start to finish. Such a great place to hang with my family for a laugh & bowl. We will be back. P.S all the staff were so friendly.

   The Keys was full of customers on the night I attended. The bar code food ordering system on each table crashed and patrons could only order food at the bar. There was only one person working at the inside bar whilst there were three working at the outside bar. We were told at 8pm any food order we placed will take one hour to arrive. We chose to leave and eat elsewhere. The Keys needs to sort this problem out so it does not become a common occurence.

   Over all a great place, really need to work on their customer service skills though and relook at their pricing structure overall. Couldn’t justify $40 pp per game of bowling either

   Great atmosphere! Popcorn chicken and pizzas were so delicious! Management were so helpful when I called to adjust my booking.

   We had such a great time at the keys. The food wasn't great. six of us ordered at the same time and one meal came out fast and then all staggered. We had all finished by the time the last persons meal arrived (we had to follow up on it.) Some of us got the same thing and the portions were very different and one of them missing the salad and another missing a sauce. It was a little shambles. a part from pizza, some non fried food options would be good. We'll be back for drinks and bowling, however I'd be watching the menu before considering eating again.

   Fantastic venue with bowling, games, pool tables and plenty of beer garden space. The food was good, I had an excellent gf pizza which is hard to master! I recommend this new hit local place for casual food and drinks. Book a table though, it was busy on a Sat arvo!

    The place looks fantastic, they have done an amazing job! My experience: There were two people at reception, one who told us where we were seated and I somehow thought the other could have walked us to the table. We found our table and asked one of the waitresses where we could find a menu, she responded “there should be one on the table( there wasn’t) but you can get it from the bar”( we were sitting opposite the bar surely she could of handed one to us? I asked how do we order and she stated at the bar. We waited a while for our food which eventually came…mine first which was the steak( I asked for it to be mediums rare( it was a little over) but delicious! I would have preferred veggies instead of fries considering I paid $45 for the meal😊and the steak was tiny. My friends chicken Parma came 5 minutes later. I went to the bar to ask for cutlery and the told me where I could find it. In future it would have been nice to know at reception how to find my way around the venue and how it all works. I could have been asked “ are you new here” “welcome”. Having said that, the receptionist was lovely and polite. Also the music was super loud!!! I will be back again.

    Amazing atmosphere! The whole space was really cosy and chic. Really fun night and it was a great selection of food and drink!! The staff were bubbly and friendly and made us feel at home.
