Really tasty food. Everyone enjoyed their meals, chicken caesar salad was the best he ever had, according to my husband. Lots of gluten free options for me and my chicken supreme was delicious, that gravy! Kids meals were great value and very good portion sizes. Nice atmosphere, cozy and relaxed. We will be back.

Excellent, we were looked after from as soon as we walked in the door. Food was lovely but what really made the restaurant shine was how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Good value country pub with honest food, service needs attention though, although staff friendly, they need more training. Forgetting basic things like clearing plates of starters fully before main courses arrive, always bringing water to the table and ensuring cutlery is replaced after starter. Customers should not have to ask for cutlery to eat their main courses. These things are simple to rectify but by ensuring staff attend to these small details customers will be more satisfied with their experience... food was very tasty though so will return again when I am in the area.

Menu covered most folks requirements I would think. The venue was busy on the night we attended but didn't effect the service. Ours was well presented, hot and very tasty. Will certainly return.

Weather it be lunch or evening bar food you are going for this is one of the best around the food is outstanding and staff can't do enough for you I would highly recommend to locals and visitors to the area.
