Afternoon Tea experience was excellent as usual, Ruby our server was brilliant, kept us informed of how the 2 hrs would go , brought us our tea coffee and snacks and didn't make us feel rushed out the door either. The quality of food on offer was excellent as it was all fresh. It was a brilliant experience overall, it is pricey but worth it for the quality on offer.

Lashing rain got out of taxi no porter my mam is 89. Homeless person straight away approached us right out front door begging. Mauled my mam for money. No help from any staff. Stood for 15 mins not even a seat for her . 1 egg sandwich on tray explained my mam was allergic to eggs no other option. Waitress was pleasant. Very disappointed 😞

Afternoon Tea was a disappointing experience. The the scones and sandwiches were delicious and we did enjoy them, however, the sweet treats were overly sweet and sickly we didn’t enjoy them at all. The service was also poor as we had to get up and go looking for someone to pay the bill. When paying we were not asked if everything was ok and if we enjoyed our food even though most of the desserts were left behind. I feel it’s necessary to give my honest feedback, and also because I ended up ill with an upset tummy I felt this was down to the feta cream sandwich as my partner didn’t have the feta and he was fine. It was such a let down given the cost £130 euro spent we expected it to be a higher quality especially with the hotel’s reputation it’s a shame the food and customer service didn’t meet the expectations we had.

Myself and my Dad spent a wonderful afternoon in the Lord Mayors Lounge for afternoon tea. We were celebrating my Dad’s birthday. From start to finish it was perfection. The background music and ambiance, the selection of teas and coffees and of course the sweet and savoury food - it was all so lovely. Special mention to Ruby who was looking after us - she was completely charming and attentive. She was very patient with my Dad and made it all so very special. We look forward to our next visit.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE Lord Mayors Lounge. This is my ABSOLUTE favorite HOTEL and Afternoon tea spot! Dublin is continuing to do things right. I enjoyed Lauren the server and her team which showed such professionalism, tenacity, kindness, support, and kept the food/tea coming. We had to take some home but did we finish it; ABSOLUTELY. It was delicious.

The afternoon tea at The Lord Mayors Lounge is unrivaled in elegance, taste and serenity. We have been going for years and always look forward to this treat. The sandwiches, scones and desserts are simply the best. The teas are served perfectly with a wide variety of types and flavors. Ruby was our perfect hostess on this visit! I cannot recommend this afternoon tea highly enough - it is the best way to spend an afternoon with friends and family.

It was our first time having tea at the Lounge. Our server Vanessa was wonderful. Very personable and accommodating. The tea was delicious! We really enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to come back!

It was a lovely way to wrap up our trip to Dublin, Ireland. The atmosphere, service and food was fabulous! It was one of my favorite things while visiting such a beautiful country.

セッティングもアフタヌーンティーも、テーブル担当の方（ガブリエラ）のサービスもよかったです。ただ、1時間45分の枠があるけど、お茶とお菓子類が提供され始めるまで30分程かかったので残り時間であれだけの数のお菓子類と、お茶、会話と雰囲気をゆっくりとは楽しめなかったです。また、よい席を与えてもらったのでよかったけど、席によっては、同じ金額でのアフタヌーンティーに少し不公平感を感じる人もいるのではないかと思います。

I have been going here with my Mom and my daughter, every year for the past seven years. It keeps its charm and perfect service after all these years. I would definitely recommend it for that special occasion. Of you let them know in advance they will help you celebrate with a little something extra. I will definitely be back next year again ❤️

Afternoon tea was a relaxed, yet spectacular experience. The Shelbourne is a beautiful hotel with rich history, including the room where the Irish republic Constitution was drafted around 1921-22. Food was delicious and service, by Vanessa was excellent. The experience deserves our highest recommendation.
