    We’ve been to the Ridge so many times over the years and enjoyed. The food last night was not good. The French fries were the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, cold and soggy and the color was off putting. The fried shrimp which I usually order and have always enjoyed were gummy and unappetizing. The salad was good. Would not recommend at this time. The music was good.

    They do not really know how to cook a steak. Crab cake was great. Steaks raw and or overcooked

    We order cocktails and wine when we were seated. The manhattan was as good as any my wife had ever had. We then ordered onion rind for an appetizer. They came hot and fresh but the crust was so tough they were difficult to eat. The steak I had was not tender but had a good flavor. The salmon was fresh but was overwhelmed with what tasted like log cabin syrup. Next time we will stick to cocktails!

    Everything was great! Except I requested a Steak 3/4 (Medium well) and it was literally burned. I ate straight charcoal with meat. For some reason kitchen was in rush.! They offered to replace it but i told them it was fine. Just be advice if you request a cut like me, tell them to not rush it and take the time its needed. Food is delicious when its done right and with love.

    I was disappointed in my first visit to The Ridge yesterday 9/5/26. The Waitress was terrific but the food and atmosphere were not good. The New York Strip Steak was tough & gristly and the baked potato was cold. The music from the band was way, way too loud and although we were sitting in the back of the restaurant, I couldn't hear the person talking across from me.

    Everything was great. The chair are very uncomfortable. You need chairs with a cushion for the older patrons which are your clients.
