Best pizza we’ve ever had. Service was excellent even though it was very busy with local festival taking place. Will definitely be returning and journey was worth it.

On a very busy Saturday evening (music festival that weekend), we were served, quickly and in a professional and friendly manner. The food, as always, was excellent and generous. The selection of wine is interesting and well priced. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Been trying to eat here for years baed on a recommendation but not always able to pre book at a time that suited and sometimes queues for walk ins were quite long. Having got a reservation this year we were not disappointed. Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient service, good choice of toppings and interesting from our table to be able to see the skill of the guys preparing the dough for the pizza base. Highly recommend.

We had friends up to rusty oven for pizza. The pizza was fantastic. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Friends thought the restaurant was quirky and pizza was devine. Great value 👏 👌

Never ever disappoints! The best wood fired sourdough pizza for miles.. just book it you won’t regret it! Always better to reserve ahead as it’s never not busy.. the proof you need that everyone agrees with me! Bring cash or your Revolut card and enjoy

Rustic - down to the cobwebs on the lights - and very busy. I wanted a glass of nice wine as a treat but only choice for a glass was from Patsy Dan’s and they don’t have nice wines in those little bottles. Pizzas are good, but they’d run out of olives! In a pizza restaurant!? I liked watching the bases being made. We’d eat here again - if we can get a table and eat under cover!

A surprising gem tucked away off the Main Street. The chefs here know how to do sourdough- bread and pizza is top notch. Other dishes are quite simple but with excellent fresh ingredients.
