Lovely experience dining in the Sally Gap. Georgious and Lucy were fabulous members of staff who made our experience very special. The only criticism was that the dining area was very poorly lit - many customers had to use light on their mobile phones to read the menu. Fabulous meal

Booked a table few weeks in advance. Disappointed to see we were at a high table. Asked to be moved to a lower one but told none available. Saw good few empty tables when leaving couple hours later.. Anyway, the high couch is quite uncomfortable for eating or drinking. No support and keeps collapsing. Service is fine though I've drink order for forgotten about. We ordered burgers and they were delicious, which was the main positive. But for the price we paid (32euro burger) I'd expect better tables

We booked for the standard seating option but we were shown to a high seating table which was very small and not comfortable. We asked if we could move to the lower seating and were told there were none available. Within 5 mins three tables behind us were available. A couple were shown to one of them. I eventually did ask again and we were moved to a more acceptable and comfortable table.

Food reasonably good but you have to wait for it. The staff were friendly but under pressure and perhaps inexperienced. The noise level was also totally unacceptable with the barman smashing bottles into the bottle bin with gusto - it became a joke. Huge potential but a wasted Easter Sunday lunch with a very disappointing experience.

We went there for Easter Sunday. From being greeted friendly at the door the staff were friendly, efficient and caring. Our drinks and food arrived without delays and the food was very tasty. Overall a very good dining experience!!!

Lovely spot - atmosphere & decor are great BUT…. Service needs to be improved - staff didn’t seem to really know what they were doing which you don’t expect at a 5 star Food was nice but my crab & prawn cocktail was disappointing I had the most expensive Americano of my life here too!! €6.25 OMG

A lovely spacious venue. Good ambience. The occasion was made by our waiter, Aoife, who was professional, courteous and had a great sense of humour.

We stayed in the beautiful Powerscourt hotel and chose to eat in this restaurant, this was a mistake. I was surprised that the food and service were so poor, mostly the food. It felt reheated and not fresh which was surprising for the price. Disappointing as we should have eaten in Sika which is fabulous.
