   The food was incredible. We got rib eye steak, furikake ahi, and lobster mac & cheese. Lilikoi Cheesecake for dessert. Nice view of Waikiki and a live piano player made it a great atmosphere.

   Absolutely fabulous. The table we were seated at had a beautiful view, we never ever felt rushed and the food was the best we’ve had in Honolulu. Highly recommend!!

   It was superb! Awesome and excellent service..our server was so attentive to our needs and recomended well with what was best to our excitement...we did enjoy much ..the foods was highly graded. my boys and guests love what was served and it was an experiences to treasures... thank you for making extra specially my day and blowing my bday candle ..mahalo!!!

   Service was good. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. Main waiter was great, the other waiter, Mathew seemed new and wasn’t as friendly. Ambiance was nice but probably best for a romantic dinner since it was a bit darker than I prefer and while the live music was great, it was difficult to have a conversation with people at the table because of the music. Overall, I would go again but it’s not a place I would consider a must go again anytime soon.

    Great view on 36th Floor of my hotel. A beautiful night view. The food was good but not exceptional. The wait staff was pleasant enough and when they brought me the wrong side dish they immediately corrected it. Overall, a good experience.

    Anniversary dinner. Views was everything. The food was very tasty with huge portions. Was worth it. We had an awesome time. The wait staff was great and on top of things. Will definitely recommend it will visit next time I’m in town.

    It was my birthday & I made reservations to have dinner. I arrived on time. No one greeted me, didn’t get good service & I asked for the mgr who never came. I requested a call via their website & I also called the next day to speak with a mgr & I was told a mgr would call me back & still haven’t heard. I believe if I had a bigger party or a man was with me I would have been treated better.

    The view was absolutely amazing. By far the best view you can get. The ambiance was just as amazing. We loved the signature seduction drink and the jumbo shrimp.

    Been here before for a birthday. Atmosphere, service, and food was so amazing. Has to make another reservation for a birthday again. Will be an annual even. Thank you all for how great everything always is.

    If you want to have a conversation without having to yell at your tablemates go somewhere else! Between the happy hour and then, after a brief reprieve, the extremely loud piano it was impossible to hear your guests. The food was good but the ambiance is more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Won't be back.

    Took my husband here for Father’s Day. We enjoyed our evening. Live music, friendly staff. It was awesome! The food was delicious! I ate all of my food, and some off my husbands plate too! My new favorite steak place!

    When we arrived the hostess just sat us at a table near the window and dropped off the menus didn’t hand them to us. I wanted a booth as it was our Anniversary. So I had to go back to the front and ask her to please move us to a booth. There were plenty open. She should have seen the occasion on the reservation and should have asked us our preference. Please get better hostess or train them better. It was three up there wasting time. Our servers however made up for the lack of training your hostess provided. Service was good. Your bartenders are too slow or you need more behind the bar. Your servers had to tell us the bar was backed up and apologized for the slow service. The food was excellent and arrived perfectly. You even gave us a Happy Anniversary desert. You are one of my favorite restaurants. We will be returning. Thought I give you some real feedback. Thank you

    Beautiful Restaurant and exceptional service of the entire team at Signature Prime and Steakhouse . All the hosts very friendly and welcoming Tuesday evening was quite busy and the service by Stephen was truly excellent. His patience and understanding with our multiple questions about the menu , his knowledge on the menu and restaurant showed true professionalism. Stephen is an asset to your Restaurant and should be awarded 10 Stars for Excellence in Service . The Restaurant Manager also stopped by our table to say Hello and inquire how our dining experience was . Very friendly and welcoming as well . All the dishes we ordered from Rib - eye steak , miso butter fish , Northeast Pacific Salmon , and bruschetta, mushroom with shrimp and Gorgonzola , oysters were truly exceptional . I will highly recommend Signature Prime and Steakhouse to my colleagues, guests visiting from the mainland , friends and family . Aloha and mahalo

    It was outstanding. Service was attentive and on the spot when needed. They were knowledgeable and always checking on us discreetly. It was a birthday celebration and they made it very memorable. Kudos to Chris and his assistant/fellow workers.
